I read the last page of my book and shut it. I sighed.

I miss Lucas. I hurt him so much.
And I know he will never forgive me.

I dried my hair off after my swim, and exhaled a breath. It's been three years, and I haven't talked to Riley or Lucas since.. that day.

The day Riley made a big mistake.
I got back into my clothes after drying off, sitting on the pool chairs.
