Chapter 18

I walked back inside. I can't believe I'm about to do this.. But John won't leave me alone till I do.

I looked in my room to see Hunter laying on my bed looking at the ceiling. He was mumbling to himself.

"Hey." I said after a few seconds. He looked up to me, and sat up.

"W-why are you here?"

"My room.." I mumbled.

"Oh. Yeah, sorry." I walked over to my bed and sat down. Not too close, or to far.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"Since you lied, you lied to all your friends, family, and fans. But even though you let all of us down, I think you let your fans down even more. There are more of them, and they love you. What are you going to tell them?"

It took about a minutes before he responded.

"I cant, and I won't. Im going to quit music, and change my looks. I have to for my sake, and the fans. I'll let them all think I died. I'll tell my parents, and see if they'll just change my name on my birth certificate. This is the only option I have." His voice was low, but full of regret.

"So you threw away your music career just to see if I was a faithful girlfriend. Thats pathetic! Plus I'll know your alive, your parents will, don't you think that you'll get caught?"

"I was just saying that! I don't have a full mind blown plan yet Jade! I'm working at it, and your not helping much."

"Why should I help!? You lied to me!" After I said that, It came back to me that we might wake the neighbors up. Its only two in the morning and we are both sitting here screaming at each other.

"Because you love me to much."

"I don't think I can love any man who lied to me. I can deal with you cheating on me three times, our breakups, you going off on me about Jordan, but not this. This is to far over board. Im done with you Hunter." I spat that last part in his face.

I could see the hurt in his eyes, and his face dropped.

"So you'll never date me again?" He whispered looking down onto my bed.

"I don't know Hunter. If you tell the media about it being fake, and if at least half your fans will still stick through with you, then I'll be your girlfriend again."

"Okay."

He took his phone out, and started to post on all social media.

Hunter POV:

I grabbed my phone out as soon as I said okay. I need her back, and for her not to be mad at me. I know what I did was wrong, but I wanted to see if she would be loyal. I know she is, but I thought I had to do this. I know I let fans down, and even her, but I know I'll make this right. Somehow, and someway I will.

I clicked on Instagram and started typing on a black picture I took.

I'm sorry guys. I lied to you. I lied to my fans, my parents, and most of all, the girl I love. I wasn't really sick, I just wanted to see if my girlfriend was loyal. I know she is, and it was stupid of me to do it. I hate myself from it because I know you'll never forgive me, and neither will Jade. But I'll only get her back if half of you guys will stay with me. I promise I'll never lie again to y'all. I love you guys. Sorry.

I pressed the post button, and instantly got comments and likes. Scared to read them, I went ahead and did it anyways.

It's okay Hunter, I still love you! Hope you and Jade work out.

I smiled as I read these comments. I looked up to see Jade on her phone. I could tell she was looking through the comments because she was smiling just a little.

Maybe I will get my girl back?

"Jade?" I said looking at her. She lifted up her head.

"Yeah?"

"You still mad at me?"

"Kinda. But it looks as if they want us back together." My heart skipped a beat at that.

"So what does this mean?"

I looked and saw her eyes went wide. "I'll be back! Sorry!" She stood up and left the room running. I heard the front door slam close.

I continued to look through the comments. All but maybe 10 out of ever 50 were hate comments. But you gotta know, being famous will give you hate.

I read one that really touched my heart.

Hunter, I don't care if you see this, but maybe others will. I don't like it that you lied to us, but if it was for a trust thing, then it is kinda cute. You and Jade are perfect for each other, and I hate it that you two aren't together. I love Hade. And Hade needs to be forever! #TeamHade.

Jade came back into the room.

"What did you have to do?"

"Tell John he can leave because we are okay." She smiled.

"Does this mean?"

"Yes."

I jumped up and hugged her so tightly, and kissed her. Her sweet lips on mine are something I've missed. If we didn't fix us I wouldn't know what to do. I love this girl so freaking much it's unreal. I've never loved anyone as much as her.

"I love you Baby girl." I whispered in her ear.

"I love you to Mr. Hayes."

Ahhhh!!! I'm squealing!!! Okay so not really what I intended, but Ehh, it's okay. But they back together, so that's good?
