Chapter 21

I opened the door to my apartment. Tomorrow I have college again, which means the weekend is over.

I walked into the kitchen and got a glass of water. I unlocked my phone to check twitter. It's normally the same boring stuff.

I placed the glass in the sink, and headed to the bedroom. My mind just remembered something. Where's Hunter? I walked over to my bed and saw a note.

Dear Jade,
Yeah still about these notes. But I just wanted to say, I hope you have a good night, and a great day tomorrow at your school. I've gone out to get a few things for you tomorrow. I will prove it to you that I'm sorry, and that I actually mean it. I really do want you in my life forever. That means even through thick and thin, and lies and truth, I'll be by your side.
-Yours, Hunter.

I smiled at the note. I just had to re read it again because it's sweet.

I placed it on the night stand beside me and laid down. I stared up at the ceiling. Why do I feel like everything is about to change? Or why is it me?

My phone went off. I got a text from Hunter.

From Hunter: Tomorrow during college don't come home at least until 2pm. I have something planned, and it's going to be perfect. I love you Babygirl, and I always will. Your my baby, and your the one I will always only love. Im sorry for every wrong I have done, and I'll never leave you or hurt you again. I know I promise you things, but this one Im going to keep. <3 ;)

My eyes started to tear up. What is this boy doing.

To Hunter: I love you to, and I promise I won't. But you'll never loose me again, and I'm sorry for what I've done to you.

From Hunter: <3 night.

I smiled as I placed my phone beside me on the bed. I really can't wait to see what He's going to do.

Hunters POV...

I stepped out of the shower singing a song by The temptations. My Girl.

I guess you say what can make me feel this way, My girl, my girl talking about my girl.

I brushed the towel through my damp hair, and slid into a pair of shorts. I didn't worry about a shirt. I walked out into the hotel room, and looked around. On the floor is the stuff I'm going to prove to Jade i truly love her, and sorry.

I grabbed the remote from the light brown dresser, and flipped on the tv. I turned the news on.

I instantly regretted it as I saw my face on the screen.

Breaking News: Hunter Hayes' sickness was a fake.

I quickly changed the channel. I really don't want to be reminded about that. I honestly can't be reminded, or else I will doubt myself about the surprise for Jade.

When I couldn't find nothing else good on the tv, I turned it off and walked over to the queen sized bed. I sat down. I picked up my phone and texted Jade. She should be home by now, and should have seen the note.

To Jade: Tomorrow during college don't come home at least until 2pm. I have something planned, and it's going to be perfect. I love you Babygirl, and I always will. I laid my phone down and smiled at the ground. I love her So much.
