JIMIN POV

"Will this do? This looks cute." Jungkook said, holding out a complicated-looking blue jumper.

Jimin shook his head, Jungkook set down the jumper and followed Jimin around the children's store.

The basket Jimin carried was still empty mostly because Jungkook kept selecting impractical clothes.

Jungmin still stubbornly remained in his animal form, Jimin thought with a pang.

Before they left the pack house, Jungkook created a makeshift sling from an old blanket.

Jimin placed it around his body so Jungmin could ride in it.

What if Jungmin never changed back to human?

The awful thought made Jimin feel all clammy and nervous.

Positive thoughts, he reminded himself.

Jungmin had just been in a bad place, He was still young.

Children were incredibly resilient.

He truly believed Jungmin could move forward and get past his trauma.

Jungkook already suggested they see a specialist but Jimin agreed with Tae.

He only needed more time to get to know his Alpha dad and the other members of the pack.

"What's wrong with the jumper?" Jungkook finally asked.

"Well, we'll want clothes which are easy to put on."

"3-year-olds are curious by nature, Min would want to choose what he wants to wear."

"So maybe pull-up pants like these." Jimin held out a pair of cute denim pants.

Jungkook nodded, dumping a couple into the basket.

Jimin added. "And simple and fun tops."

Jungkook plucked a plain white tee with a smiling cowboy printed on it and held it up to him.

Jimin nodded. A smile lifted at the corner of his mouth.

Jimin would never get sick of watching Jungkook furrow his brows while studying a pair of pants.

The Alpha looked like he was on some deadly mission, not shopping clothes for his 3-year-old.

When the basket got too heavy, Jungkook pried it from his hands without saying anything.

Grumpy but sweet Alpha.

"How do you know so much about kids?" Jungkook asked.

They finally joined the long queue to the cash register.

Jimin noticed a couple in the line giving them looks and whispering about them, His cheeks heated.

Everyone in the store probably thought Jungkook and him were together.

He even heard one kid tell his mom they were a cute couple.

Jimin didn't bother to correct them, Jungkook didn't seem to hear all the gossip.

That or he didn't care.

Jungmin definitely got a lot of attention, Why wouldn't he?

He was the cutest kid in the entire store.

Jungmin remained well-behaved in his sling the entire time, although Jungkook kept his distance and made sure not to touch him by accident.

It still bothered Jimin that Jungkook couldn't go near his son.
