JUNGKOOK POV

"You're hovering." said a voice next to him.

He growled at San, flashing the other Alpha his sharp teeth.

San didn't look impressed.

He silently fumed at San, then returned to watching Jimin, tae and Jin from his lonely corner.

The three Omegas looked comfy, seated around a cafe table in town. They had their kids in tow.

None of the Alphas were present.

No surprise there, given it was an Omegas' Night Out.

Jungkook knew it was wrong, stalking Jimin on his night out.

They had their hands full with Jimin finally starting his college classes.

Even so, Jimin always made
time for him and Jungmin.

An entire month had passed since the latest incident at Seoul.

Hobi had buried Jiwoo's body in
a place the authorities would never find it.

Jimin and his relationship had never been better.

They'd been spending every waking hour together.

Jungmin, Jimin and he truly felt like a family.

Jungkook couldn't just let his
one small fear go.

"Kook, no one's going to take him from you."San said patiently.

Jungkook watched Jungmin tug at Jimin's arm, His son said some thing to Jimin.

Jimin stood up and followed Jungmin to the bathroom.

Every muscle in Jungkook's body tensed up.

If he followed them inside the men's room, Tae and Jin would spot him.

Jimin would probably call him overprotective again.

"You never know." he said through gritted teeth.

Once Jungmin was older, he would give him a cellphone.

That way, his son could update him about Jimin's movements.

He knew deep down that he was probably overreacting but he took his gaze off Jimin for a few minutes and Jiwoo snatched him.

"Kook, this is our town."

"Only a fool will try to pry
Jimin from your paws."

After what felt like an eternity later, Jimin and Jungmin emerged and rejoined the group.

He slid his attention to san.

"Why are you even here?"

"Hobi got worried you'd stalk your mate again, which reminds me. Why haven't you given him your mate mark?" San asked.

"I'm waiting for the right moment."

"What right moment? he, Min and you are in a good place."

"Am I wrong?"

"I still can't pick a ring."

San widened his eyes. "You're going to propose to him? Dude, let's go ring shopping now."

"What? No. I need to watch out for Jimin." Jungkook said.

"Besides, I haven't narrowed down my choices."

"Show me."

He took out his phone and pulled out the folder where he saved the rings he'd been eyeing.
