They all entered the storage container, Graves leading Valeria to the chair on the far end of the container.

"Have a seat." Graves growls before shoving the woman into the chair. He points at Alejandro almost accusingly.

"Alright. How do you two know each other?"

"Know is a strong word." Alejandro spits out, glaring at Valeria. Both Alejandro and Graves are pacing.

"Strong words are important. Out word is our worth, right?" Valeria says with a smirk. Alejandro's nostrils flare.

"Go to hell you fucking sonuvabitch— I'm going to kill you." Alejandro snarls, trying to make his way over to her.

"Alejandro-"

"Calm down, Commander." Rodolfo and Soap grab at his arms, making sure he stays away from the woman.

"Yeah!? Yeah!?" He shrugs them off with a huff.

"Go on. Tell them." Valeria just looks down at him from where she sits, tipping her nose up slightly.

"I don't take orders anymore. Even the dogs in Las Almas know not to bark at me."

"Look at this- Shes ex-military. We served together." Alejandro begins, his teeth baring at her in a challenge. She leans back in her chair, throwing her elbow over the back of it.

"Different squads, same unit." Valeria points at Alejandro. "You were the wild ones, huh...'Los vaqueros'." Alejandro bared his teeth in anger.

"My squad was clean cut senores y senoras..."

"Until the raid on the son of La Arana." He adds in. "Do you remember?"

"I remember perfectly."

"Her team was told to cordon off the city to keep out La Arana's enforcers and prevent the bloodshed." Alejandro's voice keeps rising. She tilts her head and fixes him with a dead stare.

"That's exactly what we did."

"Well, you kept out his enforcers, because you were his enforcers, huh?" He spits.

"He was escorted to the mountains without incident. Also to prevent bloodshed." Valeria gives him a fake pout.

"He was supposed to go to prison." Rodolfo says with an edge to his voice. Graves pulled Valeria back against the chair since she was leaning forward.

"So you killed him and you took over." Graves states.

"I created a power vacuum...And I filled it." She hisses at him, clearly not likely the guy for touching her. "Las Almas needs me."

"Las Almas needs soldiers, not sicarios...And you...You disgrace the army." He mutters the last bit to her.

"And your brothers, no?"

"Why're you doin' this?" Graves is now leaning against the wall of the container, watching her with narrowed eyes. She turns to look at him.

"You tell me...you're the contractor, no? What you don't do your competitors will."

"You're a narco, harboring a terrorist." Ghost finally pitches in, noticing that Soap is now looking at him.

"Terrorism is good for business. It's insurance."

"What the fuck does that mean?" Alejandro stares at her. She scoffs.

"Can you get your fucking head out of your ass for a second? For fuck's sake, Alejandro." She yells and leans forward. throwing her hands up into the air. Graves pushes her back by the shoulder again and she jerks away from him baring her teeth.

"As long as there is a war on terror, there will be no real war on drugs. To find your so-called terrorist, and your missiles, you need me." She pouts, "To prevent bloodshed."

Alejandro starts pacing, "No. I'm not doing this..." He goes over to the wall and picks up his gun.

"Doesn't change anything." Soap tries.

"It changes everything!" Alejandro snaps at him. "Fuck! Don't make a deal with her...It won't end well." He leaves the container, his footsteps loud.

Soap watches him leave and walks over to Valeria.

"Looks like it's your turn to tell the truth." Graves leans down to her ear when Soap finishes speaking.

"I want the missiles, I want the target and I want Hassan." He hisses out, looking like he doesn't want to entertain her any longer. "And you've got ten seconds or I'm gonna show you the difference between the military and me."

"I don't know the targets. I'm a courier, I move things." She whispers to him.

"I can tell you where to find the missiles. When you return, I'll tell you where Hassan is. In exchange, you will let me go. And get the fuck out of Las Almas." Valeri adds. "Now leave-"

Ghost shifts on his feet and Soap looks back at him.

"Deal." Graves circles around to face her. "Until then...you're stayin' right here." He walks out of the container, leaving Soap and Ghost the last ones inside.

Ghost had considered just torturing the information out of her, but this would be a less messy option. Soap leaves the container and Ghost follows close behind.

"Ghost."

"Soap." Ghost replies, exiting the container. He continued to walk forward through Alejandro's base, not knowing exactly where he was going. He just needed some fresh air and to process what had just happened.

Ghost and Soap's tense silence hung in the air as they finally made it outside the hangar. The events that had just transpired were undoubtedly troubling.

Finally, Soap broke the silence, his voice calm but with an undertone of concern.

"So, what do you think?"

"I think I need a bloody smoke." Ghost answers, reaching for one of the many pockets on his cargo pants.

"I think I might need one as well." Soap jokes, grinning. Ghost just narrows his eyes at Soap.

"It's not a good habit to start, mate. Promise me ya won't." The seriousness in Ghost's voice made Soap's grin falter a bit.

"Was just a joke, LT."

Ghost lit his cigarette and took a long drag, the smoke billowing around him, "I know. Just fuckin' with you Sergeant."

Well.

Ghost's humor was a bit...interesting.

Soap couldn't help but crack a small smile, the tension in the air finally easing a bit. "You always know how to brighten someone's day, Ghost."

Ghost shrugged, exhaling a puff of smoke. "Yeah, well, someone's gotta keep the mood light around here."

"Might wanna leave the jokes to me, LT." Soap taps Ghost on the shoulder with his fist in a friendly gesture.

Ghost exhaled another cloud of smoke, tossing the rest of the cigarette to the ground and crushes it beneath his boot.

A small smile quirks up at the edge of his mouth beneath his mask, "I'll leave them to you then. God knows I'm not winning any awards for my stand-up routine."

"Could definitely win one for all the brooding you do."

"Watch it, Sergeant." Ghost threatens half-heartedly.
