Harry's P.O.V.

"So, where are we going?", Luna asked, once we started driving.
"Well if I'd tell you, it wouldn't be a surprise, would it?", I asked, quickly glancing at her, only to pay attention to the road again.
"But for all I know you could kidnap me right now.", she pouted, adorable.
"Don't you think I would've done that by now?", I questioned again, chuckling lightly.
"No. You'd earn my trust first.", the girl on the passenger seat stated, diverting her gaze out of the window.
I simply chuckled, continuing to drive.

After a few minutes she started tapping her foot and playing with her hair. Then I felt her gaze at me.

"Nope. Still won't tell you.", I grinned.
Luna huffed and started picking at her nails. I told her not to worry since we were almost there and she smiled.

After a dirt road and a bit of trees and bushes...that's called a forest Harry...we finally arrived. I got out of the car, quickly jogging to her side, to help her down, even though it wasn't that high and she thanked me.

"It's a frozen lake.", she stated, a blank look across her face.
I huffed.
"Yes but if you'd use a bit of your fantasy you'd see an ice-skating rink, Ms. Monroe!", I stated, scolding her jokingly.
She smiled lightly.
"But I don't have skates.", she shrugged, huffing a bit in disappointment.
"Who said we needed skates?", I grinned, taking both of her hands in mine, pulling her with me.
"Is this really solid?", Luna questioned, biting her kissable lips.

I gulped lightly, before pulling her a bit further into the center of the frozen surface.
After we glided a bit, she started shivering, her pearly teeth clattering against each other.
Without thinking, I pulled her close, smiling down at her. When my eyes met hers, my breath hitched.

Luna was so beautiful.
Her lips just looked so tempting as her tounge glided out against them, wetting them every now and then.

I started leaning down, desperate for the feeling of her soft lips against mine. I could already feel her hot breath mixing with mine when suddenly, there was a loud crack.
"Oh god.", the beautiful girl in my arms whispered, her crystal blue eyes widening.
My expression soon mirrored hers when another cracking noise could be heard. I quickly grabbed Luna's hand, pulling her from the ice as quick as possible, slipping onto the shore, her falling on top of me.

"Shit I would ask for permission but I can't wait anymore.", I breathed.
"What do y..", but she couldn't finish her sentence, her words being swallowed by my mouth on hers.

Finally...

Luna's P.O.V.

As I felt his lips on mine my heart just about stopped. This felt so incredibly right, but in that very moment I realized how wrong it was.

Harry was going to get married and we both had to face it.
So I pushed myself up and started walking back to his car.

"Luna, what are you doing?", he shouted after me as I dragged my black boots along the cold snow, soaking my socks in the process.

I ignored him.

I had to get away from him.
Far away.
I would only get my heart broken if I'd keep getting closer to him.

"Luna wait!", I heard him picking up speed, catching up to me.
"Why are you running away from me?", he questioned a bit out of breath.
"Take me home.", I said, my voice emotionless, making him fall behind me a bit. Maybe because of shock? I didn't know and in that very moment I couldn't bring myself to care.
"But why? Did I do something wrong?", he asked, trying to grab my hand.
"Yes!", I yelles, irritated.
"What? What did I do?", the curly haired lad shouted back.
"That's the problem! You shouldn't do anything with me! You.Are.Getting.Married. We have to stop doing whatever we do! It's not right!", I shouted, turning again.
"No stop!", he screamed, grabbing my wrists and yanking me back, face to face with him. Our ocean coloured visions met and my heart stopped, just like any other time when I looked into those emerald eyes.
But I came back to reality quicker than any other time, freeing my arm of his grip.
"You can't do that! Why are you always telling me to stop! It can't possibly be wrong if it feels so right!", Harry argued, cupping my cheeks with his hands. I immideatly turned my face.

"But it is! Your family expects more of you than some random girl who can't even afford a proper education! I'm pretty sure that...whatever her name is has an amazing education even if she seems pretty dumb! She has a hell load of money and she lives up to your standarts Harry! She may not be smart but she sure is pretty as hell! You are gorgeous, you really are and she is as well! Your father doesn't want me and we're not made for each other! This is not supposed to happen so it shouldn't. So just go and live your life the way you used to. Forget me and I'll forget you! Because if we keep doing this one of us will get hurt and in more cases than not it will be me. Just like so many times before.", I whispered the last sentence, the lump in my throat being to big to say more.

"What hurt you? Who hurt you?", his green eyes found mine, his voice softening, a sharp contrasts to the way he was yelling earlier.
"That doesn't matter. It's in the past and that's exactly why I don't want it to happen again.", I mumbled, trying not to crumble under his intense stare. "Take me home please.", I whispered again, turning and continuing my path through the snow to the black SUV.
"Okay.", I heard him give in quietly, the sadness in his voice almost breaking my heart.

The drive to my house was tense and silent, my vision blurring every now and then, but I kept fighting back the tears threatening to spill over my cheeks.
Harry cleared his throat every now and then but I didn't pay him any attention, keeping my gaze out of the window. When he stopped at my house I wasted no time in getting out and almost sprinting up the pathway to our house. Inside I yanked off my coat, pulled off my shoes and dashed up the stairs into mine and Darren's shared bedroom, happy he wasn't there.

I slammed the door behind me and heard the clattering of eating utensils downstairs. A few minutes later there was a knock on my door and I quickly wiped my eyes, getting rid of the tears staining my cheeks.
"Lu?", Niall came into the room, surprising me.
"What are you doing here?", I questioned, curiously.
"I stopped by to see you but you weren't here so Darren said I could wait for you and stay for lunch. Are you okay?", my best friend questioned, walking towards the window and leaning against the wall next to it.
"I'm fine.", I nodded, convincing myself in the process.
"Yeah sure.", he smirked, diverting his gaze out of the window.
"Whose car is that?", he asked, looking at me. I got up quickly, seeing Harry's black Range Rover still parked in the driveway.
"Oh god", I whispered, seeing him getting out of the vehicle, taking determined strides up our pathway.
I pulled the curtains shut, throwing my arms around Niall's neck, hiding my face in his chest as his strong arms caught me.
"Hide me.", I stated bluntly.
Niall just laughed and hugged me tighter.
"Listen here Lu. Whatever he did or whatever happened, you are strong enough to face it. You are the strongest person I've ever met and I'm not just saying this because I'm your best friend. I'm saying this because it's the truth. So go down there and face him.", Niall spoke softly, kissing my hair afterwards, hugging me a bit tighter.
"Thanks Ni.", I smiled up at him, kissing his cheek.

As if on cue, a knock was heard from downstairs. I sighed softly, walking down the steps and taking a deep breath before opening the door.
"Luna..", Harry breathed, raking his large hands through his chestnut locks.
"Yes?", I whispered, clearing my throat straight after hating how weak that sounded.
"I don't want to hurt you..", he started, taking a deep breath before continuing, "I want to fix you.", he stated in a clear voice, sounding sure of himself.

"How can you fix something that's not only broken, but completely shattered?", I asked.

"I don't know. But I'll try.", he promised.
