Quirk Description: Two quirks fused together, a quirk made to pass itself on, and a quirk to stockpile power. It gets stronger over time, each person cultivating it. Izuku is the 9th user and is the first to be able to have contact with the previous users and use their quirks.
Story Description: Izuku couldn't sleep. Earlier that day he had met with the 5th user when his quirk went out of control, and had learned that he could use the quirks of other users. He took the elevator down to the common space and to his surprise a light was already on. He walked further into the space and heard quiet crying coming from a couch. He walked over to the couch and saw his classmate Ashido, crying to herself.
