Ability/Quirk Description: Two quirks fused together, a quirk made to pass itself on, and a quirk to stockpile power. It gets stronger over time, each person cultivating it. Izuku is the 9th user and is the first to be able to have contact with the previous users and use their quirks.
Story Description: Izuku Midoriya, 9th user of the powerful and all important One For All, was sleeping just a few hours after he returned from the UA entrance exam. He awoke in a dark place, only his left hand and his head were able to be seen and used, he heard a voice and looked up to see a woman in a black hero suit and white cape.
