Name: Izuku Midoriya
Ability/Quirk: Quirkless, Wild Cryokinesis
Description- An extremely powerful and dangerous form of Cryokinesis. The wielder passively generates extreme cold around themselves as well as freezes over nearby objects and creatures. These powers can be controlled slightly, though the wielder needs to wear a special suit in order to gain complete control. Even with the suit, the air around them remains uncomfortably chilly for other people. The user does not need extreme cold to survive, however heat is extremely uncomfortable for them.
Drawback(s)- The wielder is highly susceptible to high temperatures.
Character 2 Bio
Name: Ippan Josei
Ability/Quirk: Fox
Type- Mutant
Description- The user has features of a fox such has fur, fox ears, and a fox snout. However, a quirk mutation has caused the user to be born without a fox tail, with green fur instead of red, and much taller than an ordinary person.
Drawback(s)- The user's height may inhibit them from entering certain locations. Due to their size and animal-like face, the user may be feared by others and ostracized.
Story Description: Izuku Midoriya may not have been strong, but he made up for that in his smarts, especially in chemistry. For a science fair, he had created a working cryogenic agent. His only roadblock? His jealous and angry classmates. He was drenched in the chemicals and electrocuted for being better, unknown to him or his assailants, this combination would help. bring more good than evil.
