Ability/Quirk Description:
One For All- Two quirks fused together, a quirk made to pass itself on, and a quirk to stockpile power. It gets stronger over time, each person cultivating it. Izuku is the 9th user and is the first to be able to have contact with the previous users and use their quirks.

Name: Nemuri Kayama
Ability/Quirk: Somnambulist
Ability/Quirk Description:
Somnambulist- An emitter type quirk. The user is able to expel a lavender colored gas from their skin. When this gas is inhaled by another person, they almost instantly fall asleep. Though this quirk does work better on men, it still works on women, however they need a bigger dose.
Story Description: After the emergence of quirks, the wizarding world sealed themselves away from the rest of the world, fearing what these quirks could bring. Nearly two centuries later, and the world of heros was like a well oiled machine until one day. Izuku Midoriya, UA second year. He was world famous for his quirk, One For All and his defeat of both Shigaraki and All For One. Thankfully the war was over and Japan was well on it's way to recovery. Izuku was swinging through the city on his work study when he noticed something odd, a man just tapped a brick wall with a stick and it moved. He called out to the man and just barely evaded some sort of energy based attack. Thinking quickly he captured the man and took him in. The two worlds were about to collide, and it wouldn't be pretty.
