Name: Izuku Midoriya

Ability/Quirk: Cellular Control

Ability/Quirk Description:

Cellular Control- A mutant type quirk with transformation qualities. The user has complete control of every cell in their body. They are able to replicate, kill, or move each type of cell. They can even create cells that are vety difficult for the body to recreate or even impossible such as bones and the cells that make up the brain or other organs. Due to the control they have, the user also has an impressive regeneration speed. The user can even use this quirk to make themselves seem younger or even take the form of the opposite gender. The only things they cannot change are their eyes and hair color.

Upon further investigation, it seems the user can even recreate the cells of anything they come in contact with, such as animals so they can create clothing. If the user injects their blood into another person and it's accepted, the user can manipulate that person's cells, though not to the degree the user can. They too will gain a healing factor, though it will be weaker than the user's.

Story Description: The world isn't kind, far from it, but it's not as if it was made that way. No, it's cruel because of the people that run it, people who were born cruel. Despite what everyone around him though, Izuku Midoriya was one of those people. A typical Café owner in the day, a tyrannical villain at night. While he's busy serving heros and civilians breakfast and coffee, he's plotting their down fall. He terrorizes Japan from the shadows along side his generals the 12 Kizuki. It's time for Japan to know the name Izuku Midoriya, or as he calls himself, Demon King Muzan.
