Ability/Quirk Description: Two quirks fused together, a quirk made to pass itself on, and a quirk to stockpile power. It gets stronger over time, each person cultivating it. Izuku is the 9th user and is the first to be able to have contact with the previous users and use their quirks.
Story Description: Mitsuki Bakugo had been worried, not for her, not for her son, but for her nephew. He wasn't related to her by blood but his mother was like a sister to her. Ever since he was diagnosed quirkless he had grown distant, which she understood, but whenever they stopped by, he seemed terrified of her son. She would get to the bottom of this, no matter what it brought.
