Name: Izuku Midoriya
Ability/Quirk: One For All, Observation Haki, Armament Haki
Ability/Quirk Description:
One For All- Two quirks fused together, a quirk made to pass itself on, and a quirk to stockpile power. It gets stronger over time, each person cultivating it. Izuku is the 9th user and is the first to be able to have contact with the previous users and use their quirks. Though an associate of All Might seals the quirk away to avoid unwanted trouble from AFO or the League while Izuku is away. Though a strong enough emotional reaction can break the seal.
Observation Haki- Allows the user to sense the presence of others, even when they aren't able to be seen by the user. It can also be used to evade planned attacks, but cannot help against wild, uncoordinated attacks.
Armament Haki- Allows the user to turn their very will into armor. This armor can also enhance the user's strength. Only large amounts of force can break this armor, though it's toughness does rely on the user's will. It can also punch through and defense, able to hit someone's true body, whether they're wearing armor, or some other ability adds protection.
Story Description: Toga, using blood gathered from a recent attack, disguises herself as Izuku Midoriya, and goes on a killing spree, making sure she's caught on camera. Once new breaks out, Class 1-A, minus Izuku's closest friends, Uraraka, Iida, Tsu, Momo, Kirishima, Aoyama, Todoroki, and even Bakugo, turn on him. As he runs he's stopped by All Might and a man he'd never seen before, before he could so anything the man places his hand on Izuku's head, and shuts his connection with OFA. Knowing the plan he goes along and turns himself in, but on the way to Tartarus, the van crashes and an older man takes Izuku away. Join Izuku as he goes from fugitive, to hero once again, now with new powers.
