Name: Izuku Midoriya
Ability/Quirk: Rhythm Master
Type- Emitter/Mutant
Description- This quirk affects the user and the immediate area around them. If the user is actively listening to music, the area around them in a 10 meter radius begins to move to the beat of the music. The user is also affected, though they can choose to perform acts off beat, however this will give the user an uncomfortable feeling. The user is also able to predict the beat and any changes in the beat.
The user is able to interact with sound based objects and attacks, using their own beat to disrupt them. If the user is on beat, they will feel energized.
Drawback(s)- This quirk cannot be turned off, the only way to stop it is to stop the user from listening to music. If off beat, the user will feel uncomfortable and sluggish.
Character 2 Bio
Name: Moe Kamiji
Ability/Quirk: Blazing Hair
Type- Mutant
Description- This quirk gives the user hair made of eternally burning flames. The user can freely manipulate the flames on their head, grab chunks to throw, or grab chunks and shape them into weapons. The user is completely resistant to the heat of their own hair, but is still vulnerable to heat higher than their hair's natural heat.
Drawback(s)- None
Story Description: The rhythm, the most important part of a song. Often overlooked by the people, even those who claim to be bands' biggest fans. The lyrics to the song are what the people look to, but they underestimate the importance of thr rhythm. It sets the tone, the speed of the song. Izuku Midoriya will remind the people of it's importance while using it to dispense musical justice.
