Name: Izuku Midoriya
Ability/Quirk: Bio-Sense
Type- Emitter
Description- The user can sense the presence of biological materials around themselves as well as the differences between them and tell if something else is covering them. The user can sense cells of all kinds, plant, animal, skin, blood, all of it. Even the smallest traces aren't safe from this quirk as the user can easily find fingerprints just from the skin cells left behind.
If the user looks a person or animal in the eyes, they can sense things about and inside the target's body, seeing broken bones, injuries, and all other aspects, including muscle movements. The user can also pick up on the body language of living creatures without eye contact.
Drawback(s)- Overuse leads to mental exhaustion and fever.
Character 2 Bio
Name: Ippan Josei
Ability/Quirk: Fox
Type- Mutant
Description- The user is given physical characteristics of a fox, though they are altered because of a genetic mutation. The user has fur, a snout, and fox ears. The mutation has caused the quirk to not form a tail, caused the usual red fur to become a blueish green color, and caused the user to grow several feet taller than they usually would.
Drawback(s)- The user's height and animalistic appearance may scare other people.
Story Description: Many, many crimes go unsolved. Either there wasn't enough evidence, there was no suspect, or the crime is never reported in the first place. All that was before the emergence of quirks, but the problem only got worse. Evidence was burned, bodies were virtually vaporized, suspects never even had to touch their victims, the police were scared to investigate and not enough heroes would touch investigative work. After many years, this problem was nowhere near solved. Izuku Midoriya, aspiring hero with a quirk many deemed not powerful enough for hero work, took notice of this problem after his own family suffered because of it. Taking the name of fiction's greatest detective, Izuku Midoriya decided it was his turn to try and right the wrongs of the law.
