THIRD'S POV

Jungkook set the cameras and the new locks to the side for now and focused on getting ready for his date with Park Jimin.

The chances that his father would attempt something there in B-city seemed unlikely.

Jiwoo wasn't familiar with B-city and he didn't have friends to cover for him here but Jungkook still planned to update his security regardless.

He stripped off his clothes and headed for the bathroom.

He didn't want to think about Jiwoo or Jeons Designs tonight.

He wanted to focus on enjoying his evening with Jimin and there was no room in his thoughts for Jiwoo when Jimin was taking up all the space.

He smiled, thinking about the apology and the earnest explanation.

Jimin was just as attractive and kind as he had been that first night.

He couldn't wait to get to know him better and to have the opportunity to meet some of Jimin's friends and family.

He would have to take it slow but he felt very hopeful for this budding relationship.

When he stepped out of the shower, he remembered that Joss had told him he would stop by that evening to discuss the information he'd heard regarding Jiwoo.

Once again, he caught his image in the mirror and noticed the little paunch was still there but the illness had all but subsided.

He pulled on a robe and made a quick call to Joss.

"You're going on a date." Joss stated loudly and laughed.

"About time, who's the lucky guy?"

"Park Jimin, the man I asked you about yesterday." Joss let out a long slow whistle.

"You enjoy yourself and kiss him once for me." Joss teased, laughing out loud.

"I'm not kissing him for you." He shot back. "The man and all his handsomeness belong to me tonight and no one else." Joss laughed.

"I'll stop by tomorrow morning or rather tomorrow afternoon and we can talk."

"You have fun, you deserve it."

"Thanks, Joss." Jungkook closed the call and proceeded to get dressed.

He chose a pair of fitted dark jeans and paired them with a black, crew neck sweater.

He looked at himself in the mirror and felt confident.

This was the first date he'd been on in years and he was so looking forward to it, especially since his date was the gorgeous man he'd hungered for over the last week.

He did what he could with his hair and was ready with an hour to spare.

Since he wasn't one to just sit around, he grabbed one of the cameras and decided to get it connected before he left.

He hooked it up on the front left corner of the house, giving him a good view of that side of the property and a clear view of his truck and the garage.

He then connected it to the house Wi-Fi and to his phone.

Jungkook was inside finishing the connection when he heard the knock and his heart rate spiked.

That man had such an effect on him it was crazy.

Just the knowledge that he was there on the other side of the door had breathless.

He checked himself one last time before answering the door.

"God, you look gorgeous," jimin exclaimed the moment Jungkook opened the door.

The compliment went straight to Jungkook's ego, He wasn't usually a sucker for such cheesy lines but they were pure gold when the words came from jimin.

"You look great too." Jungkook responded and it was all truth.

Jimin looked handsome in his tight jeans and long-sleeved top that fit him perfectly, accentuating every asset.

Jimin slipped his arm around Jungkook's back after securing his door and led him to his car.

"I made reservations at Black-fair's Club,I was told their food is out of this world." He said as he got in and buckled up.

This was the same SUV he'd ridden in last Friday and the feel and smells brought back all the events of that night with a needy sigh.

"Now that sounds interesting."

Jimin teased upon hearing the sultry sigh. "Perhaps we need to make an early evening of it and head back to my place immediately after dinner."

"Sounds perfect." Jungkook was not going to try and kid himself or pretend modesty when he knew what he wanted.

The dinner was nice but tonight was going to be even nicer.

"Well then, let's eat." Jimin pulled away from the curb and headed for the center of town.

He was aware of the Black-fair's Club but had never eaten there.

It was an upscale restaurant and not a place a man like him would frequent but the Blackfair's was a perfect date location.

It showed Jimin had class and was taking this date very seriously.
