THIRD'S POV

Jimin woke with his mate still wrapped in his arms and his head snug in the crook of Jimin's shoulder.

It was a lovely feeling but the reason he woke had nothing to do with his mate and everything to do with his brother Joon, leader of the Dragon Knights.

He was calling to him and demanding his presence.

It was a call that no Knight could or would ignore but the timing was terrible.

He was being called back up the mountain to the Gate house.

It was a short trip for a dragon in flight but would require that he leave his mate, Jimin looked down at the beautiful man in his arms and was loath to leave him.

It was still hours before sunrise and he was confident that he could make the trip and return before Jungkook woke.

Jimin kissed Jungkook's forehead and used his ability as a Dragon Knight to press upon him the spell to stay asleep.

No human could with stand the suggestion of a Knight so Jimin was certain that Jungkook would remain asleep until he returned.

Dragon magic had many faces and tonight Jimin was grateful for the sleep fascination.

He could not abide his mate to wake and him not be there.

"I will return soon, my love."

He said and kissed him again on the forehead and on the lips as he then slipped out of bed and headed to the backyard of the cottage.

His mate would rest and wait for his return.

They would share breakfast and Jimin would share their destiny.

As soon as he hit the backyard, Jimin shifted and lifted into the sky using considerable speed to reach the Gatehouse as soon as possible.

He felt the distance as it stretched between himself and Jungkook and he didn't like it and neither did his dragon.

He saw Joon on the back deck that stretched the length of the Gatehouse and met him there, shifting as he hit the planks.

"Hello, brother." He said and then added.

"What can I do for you?"

If it were anything time-consuming, he would have to ask for a pass since he needed to return to Jungkook as soon as was possible.

"Sin, our seer has made the trip from the island to the East Coast."

"She is coming to make her home here on the mountain with the Circle."

"The elders brought her to the coast and we are to collect her there and accompany her to the mountain." Joon stated clear and to the point.

"I can't go Joon." Jimin told him and Joon was instantly taken aback and his expression was hard.

"What do you mean?"

"I can't leave right now."

"I found my mate tonight at bigo and he is presently asleep in my bed back at the cottage."

Jimin explained and Joon's stern expression softened immediately and was replaced with a congratulatory smile.

"Your mate?" He exclaimed and Jimin nodded.

"He was just there, standing at the bar drinking a beer."

"It was so unreal but so amazing I brought him home and I plan to try and explain things in the morning."

"You better get back to him before he wakes, I'll take Yoongi with me to escort Sin."

"You need to stay close to your mate." Joon slapped him on the shoulder.

"Congratulations, Jimin."

"Thanks Joon and I'll bring him up the mountain to meet you all as soon as I explain a few things to him, He's a beautiful man."

"I don't doubt that." Joon smiled.

"All mates are beautiful."

Jimin moved off the deck and shifted lifting back into the sky, flying above the trees and heading straight for the cottage below and the wonderful man asleep in his bed.
