The front door of the apartment opened, Kate soon stepping through as well as a dog. When she looked up, she was met with a very intimidating looking roommate/girlfriend. She stood there, arms crossed with a harsh glare.

"Welcome to my roommate's and I's apartment. Wow, o-kay, that was crazy but we're safe.." Kate let off looking up and finally met her roommate's blazing stare. "I can explain-"

"Don't test my patients, I have screenshots." Her roommate interrupted, soon beginning her rant. "First you leave here not telling me where you're going, then I turn on the news whilst cleaning the apartment to hear that the Ronin has returned and saved a dog!"

Both girls cast a glance down to the four legged creature, who wined in return and trotted off to the couch.

"Do I need to tell you everything that happens in my life, Jasin?" Kate fired back, now getting angry she was being blamed.

"If I was able to tell it was you just by the photo shown on world wide television, who else would be able to?!" Jasin replied angrily, but soon sighed. "You have an entire life to be stupid, take a day off."

"Tell me when I asked for your opinion?" Kate sassed, causing Jasin to throw her arms up in defeat. It was hard to win an argument against her, especially when she turned snarky. Kate walked around her and towards a table, grabbing a bag off of it. "Okay, what is going on with Armand, threatening my mom and buying black market swords? Do you think he's connected to the break-ins somehow?"

Jasin rolled her eyes at her mumbling, but soon stopped and spoke, "Your mom was threatened by your mom's fiance's uncle?"

She simply nodded, soon walking towards the door with her bag in hand. She went to leave but Jasin caught her arm.

"Wait for me. I'm changing and I'm coming with you." There was no persuading her, so Kate merely nodded while Jasin ran off.

The dog made a whine, Kate looking over.

"Food.. Food! You want food. Oh, of course- uh." She said, placing the bag on a counter and walking into the kitchen.

"There's leftover pizza in the fridge!" Jasin called.

"Thanks!" Kate answered, pulling it out and putting it on the floor for the dog she had yet to name. Kate picked up a pair of keys, the bag, and her phone, typing in an address. Jasin soon returned and they headed towards the door. Kate stopped for a second and turned towards the dog, pointing a finger at him. "Do not destroy this apartment!"

The dog just twitched his ear, and the girls were soon off, turning off the light as they went.
