Once Clint and Jasin got back to the apartment, they both changed. Barton went to the freezer and got slushies out, taping them to his left quad, wrist, and shoulder.

"You're doing that rather aggressively." Jasin noted, rubbing her wrist.

"There's a reason I'm choosing to be quiet right now." He stated, reclining the chair he was in, then placing the final slushy on his forehead, sighing in relief.

Bzzz. Bzzz. Bzzzzzz.

"Stay. I'll check it out," Jasin ordered, standing up from the couch to move towards the call box and answer it.

"It's me. I come bearing pizza and holiday cheer. Let me in." Kate's voice came through the call box.

"Is that Kate?" Clint asked, standing right behind Jasin now.

"The hell!" Jasin yelped, turning around and glaring at the male. "Don't scare me. And yes, it is Kate."

Clint smirked down at the female, "I wasn't aware I'd be able to scare the great and mighty Jasin."

"It just means she's beginning to trust you and not always have her guard up around you. Now, would you please let me in? I'm colddddd." Kate's voice rang again, whining.

Jasin rolled her eyes and pressed the button that gave Kate access to the building, going to sit back down, Clint following. Within the next four minutes, Kate was entering through the food with an artificial tree in one arm, lots of bags hanging on the other with a pizza box on top of them. The dog also came running in, going straight for a bowl of snacks Clint had gotten when he was out.

"Hey!" Kate called in greeting,

"Hey." Clint greeted, nudging the dog away from the snacks, "Get outta there."

"A little help?" Kate asked, struggling to hold everything.

"Coming baby," Jasin answered, walking over and taking the pizza and tree from her.

"Alright, this is the classic Hawkeye costume we've been waiting for." Kate said, motioning towards all the sushies taped to Clint.

"What is all this?" Clint wondered.

"This is the Grinch saving Christmas," Jasin answered, ducking to avoid Kate's hand again.

"This is me saving the holidays." Kate spoke, setting everything she had down on the couch while Jasin placed the pizza down on the table.

"Is that right?" Barton asked.

"I'll get you home in time for the big day." Kate swore. "Figured in the meantime, we could celebrate. It's movie marathon night, right? Check this out, I got movies."

Clint smiled genuinely, "That's very thoughtful of you. Thanks. But yeah, can we put a pause on that and talk about Sword Boy for a minute?"

"Jack?" Jasin asked amused, placing the box on a wall near an outlet. She decided she'll set it up later, for now she wanted to know what Clint had to say.

"You have good instincts, kid." He spoke.

"What do you mean?" Kate asked.

"So, I did a little digging and it turns out, Sloan's a shell company that launders money for the Tracksuits." He explained. "And Jack Duquesne is the CEO."

"You sure?" Kate said, Jasin and Barton both nodding. "Okay, well, we're just gonna have to come up with a plan to take down my mom's fiance's organized crime ring while simultaneously having a heartwarming holiday celebration."

"Hell yeah," Jasin said, excited, throwing an ugly Christmas sweater over to Barton and putting one on herself. Kate smiled lovingly at Jasin before getting up and heading towards the kitchen.

"Got anymore of that slushie stuff?"

"In the kitchen." He answered, putting on the sweater.

"Okay. Thanks."

Kate came back with three homemade margaritas and a dry erase marker, writing on some random poster about how they're going to figure out how to keep the cops off her back.

"TSM, we need to get them to leave us alone. And we need to figure out why and how Jack is connected to it all." Kate explained.

"Yeah, right." Clint answered.

"This is the part where you finish my sentence with a plan." Kate elaborates, Jasin chuckling.

"Uh, planning's not really my thing." He stuttered, changing the subject. "Are you sure that's dry erase?"

Kate looked back, trying to rub the marker off and looking back to the others with an 'oh shit' expression.

"How do we get more trick arrows?" Kate questioned.

"Well, there are no more trick arrows." Barton answered.

"Like in the world?" She asked again.

"Basically. I have a few more trick arrowheads. But you can't just put 'em on any shaft." He explained.

"So we really need to get these back." Jasin analyzed, holding an arrow.

"What are you doing?" Barton questioned Kate as Jasin sat and watched amused.

"See? Tree covers the parts that won't come off." She explained, motioning to the tree Jasin had set up but she moved.

"Well, now you're problem-solving." Jasin said, looking over the mug of hot chocolate she was holding.

"Have you ever heard of boomerang arrows?" Kate wondered boredly.

"What?" Clint asked, astonished. "Why would I ever want to use a boomerang arrow?"

"Because they come back." Kate answered.

"That's exactly the problem, Katie." Jasin said, chuckling.

"Well, if all trick arrows were boomerangs, then we'd have them all." She fought.

"Coming back at us." Barton specified.

"You'd have to.. You'd have to dodge." Kate said, now realizing her fault in the idea of boomerang arrows. Clint laughed, smiling dumbly.

Your girlfriend is very interesting. Loki said.

"Oh, hey Loki. You've been rather quiet lately." Jasin thought.

Well, I don't always want to know what's going on around you. Sometimes I may be sleeping or practicing magic. You never know.

"Okay, that's reasonable." Jasin said, chuckling to herself.
