YEONJUN cuddled into taehyuns side, the feeling of safety coursing through his veins. his hair was still a bit damp, but yeonjun didn't mind.
his fingers gripped tightly onto the steaming cup of hot chocolate, taking small sips to make the pain in his throat go away.
his thoughts were screaming, not a single good thing running through his mind. why wasn't he enough for soobin? why couldn't he be yeji, as pretty as yeji, and smart as her.

"yeonjun?" taehyun asked, breaking yeonjun out of his trance. "y-yea?" he coursed out. "you're crying, what's on your mind?" taehyun asked, noticing the faint streaks of tears that were making its way down his cheeks.
"i just want to be enough for him." he heartbrokenly whispered, his eyes looking down to his fingers which were messing with the rim of the cup. "i want him to love me like i love him." he said, a sad smile etching across his cheeks.
"yeonjun...i wish i could do something." taehyun meekly responded, not knowing what to say to make the tear ridden boy feel better.
yeonjun smiled lightly, his eyes closing for a moment. "it's okay, i'll end up dying because i love him." he said, his chest aching.
"it's not worth it yeonjun." taehyun spoke, "he's not worth it."
"but he is...if loving him kills me then so be it..."
taehyun furrowed his eyebrows, he couldn't convince yeonjun to get the surgery because no one would be able to convince himself to get the surgery.
those beautiful memories, it's just only now that taehyun realized how much he truly loved yeonjun-but no one could know about that.
taehyun looked over to the pink haired boy, he was asleep. taehyun smiled lightly as he saw the way his lashes sat perfectly onto his chubby cheeks, how his lips held a pout from the way he was sleeping.
taehyun let out a small cough, more petals flooding out of his mouth. he quickly shoved them into his pocket, and stood up.
"sleep well jjun."
