Midnight wakes up super rested. She looks out the window again to see snow. Midnight jumps out of bed and outside. "It is cold just like home!!!" She is jumping around in the snow. Vil walks out holding a cup of hot coco. "Midnight get changed. You are in a t-shirt and shorts. Also you might not be able to go to any other dorms. All of their weather is messed up." Midnight says "Whyyyyy?????????? It feels nice!" Vil looks at her so she just walks inside bringing some snow in. She is sitting drinking some tea. She says "I wonder how Hornton and Onii-san is doing." Vil says "Check your phone, dear." Midnight nods and opens her phone. She doesn't spend a lot of time on it. Only when playing games during free time and for taking photos. There is a text from Floyd. Hey, Imouto. Can me and Jade spend time at your dorm? The weather over here is so cold! Midnight texts: Sure but over here it is snowing. We have hot coco so hurry over. Floyd texts back right away: Alright. We are heading over. Midnight shows the texts to Vil. "Fine. I already have some cooking anyways." Midnight has a smile. She looked out the window and saw Floyd and Jade running over. Vil opened the door. WHOOSH Vil looked at the floor that is covered in more snow. "I will clean that up." Jade grabbed a broom and started pushing the snow out. Floyd was hugging Midnight. "Onii-san! I....can't breathe!!!!!!!!!!!!" Floyd said "I miss you so much!" Vil set down two more cups of hot coco. "Here. Drink up. I can't have you guys getting sick." Jade thanked Vil and started drinking the coco. Floyd sat on the chair and drank some of it very quickly. "Ouch! My tongue...." Midnight said "Drink it slowly. You will burn your tongue off." Floyd had a frown but he drank it slowly now. Midnight was playing a crossword puzzle on easy. Crowley sent her a text. Midnight. Please send your mother over to the my office now. Midnight said "Mister Bird Brain wants you to meet him in his office." Vil sighs and says "Jade please keep the dorm safe. I will send you to hell if anything happens to this dorm or Midnight." Jade nods and sets the empty cups in the sink. Vil leaves to his dorm through the mirror. Floyd held Midnight while sitting on the couch. Midnight's wolf ears twiched a lot due to Floyd nibbling on them. Vil came back wearing his school uniform and left to Crowley's office. Midnight opened her phone and started playing Dear My Cat. She was pretty far in due to it mostly being a idle game. She felt herself fall. Floyd fell asleep and so he laid down while holding Midnight. She didn't try to wiggle out. A hour later

Vil came back pissed. "How dare they try to force me to teach such dirty potatoes?!" Midnight looked at him. She was sitting on a chair while Jade was cleaning the dorm. Floyd was still sleeping on the couch. Midnight said "Umm momma is my umm dress ready??" Vil said while drinking water "Yeah. I have it done. It is hanging up in your room." Midnight said "Thank you momma." She set her cup in the sink before meeting Spark again. "Hey Spark, do you know why the weather everywhere is weird?" Spark said "The gem that controlled the weather was taken away. The leftover magic kept the weather the same for a bit before it ran out." Midnight had a thinking face on. She realized it was the gem they took. "O-oh?" "Yeah but over here we keep it warm for the students who are dealing with cold weather now." Midnight said "Well I should go and talk to the other fairies." "Yeah go do that! I am sure they love you!" Midnight smiled and left after talking to Spark a bit more. She looked around seeing that there are more decoration. "Look its the child fae I told you about!" "She is sooo cute!!!!!!" "Why does she have wolf ears as well?" Quickly the fairies flew over to her. "Oh dear." "Please be more carefully!" "Child, don't cry." "Hush it is okay love." They all surrounded her face and gave her small hugs. Suddenly there was another warm aura. The other fairies looked up and smiled. Midnight looked up to see a larger fairy hugging her head. "Hello miss??" "Call me Miss Macy." "Hello Miss Macy! You have a very warm aura I must say! Just like my papa and momma." "I am aware that your parents are here. Are you friends with someone who you call Hornton?" "Oh yeah! Hornton is the only other fae here I know of. Why?" "Could you invite him here? I have never seen him hear and I heard that he is never invited to anything." "Sure! I will be sure to invite him! How much longer before it happens?" "Only two days dear. I do thank you for helping my dears find the gem for my crown." Midnight smiled and said "Oh I was glad to help you guys out! I always wanted to meet more of my kind honestly so it was the least I could do." Macy gave her a forehead kiss before saying "Well we have much more things to do. You better hurry to give Hornton this invite." Queen Macy floats a similar invite over to Midnight's hands. She smiles and runs off to Diasomnia.

She looks around the lounge in awe. She shakes her head and looks around for Malleus. She walks around. Most of the students didn't walk up to her. One student decided to scare her so he walked up behind her and said "Boo!" Midnight squealed and a purple lighting blot hit the student. Midnight ran up the stairs before turning around. She said "Don't scare me like that you prick!" "Oh dear. The child is tainted." Midnight turned around to see Lilia. "Lilia where is Malleus? I have an invite for him." Lilia looked at her then the invite. It read: You are hereby invited to watch the fairy gala. Please follow the Windswept theme for the gala. Lilia smiled and said "He is over there in his room." Midnight walked over. Knock knock "Come in..." Midnight jumped to open the door. "Hi Hornton." Malleus was reading a book on his bed. "Hello, Small Fae." Midnight walks over to him and held the invite over her head. Malleus set the book down and took a good look at the invite. Midnight handed it over to him. "Ah? Did you have something to do with this?" Midnight smiled and said "Being a child and a fae gets you places. After all Miss Macy wanted me to invite you anyways." Malleus though "So Midnight met Queen Macy? How odd but I will go anyway. After all this is one of the few chances I get to meet other faes." "Are you going as well?" Midnight said "Yup yup! Mama even got my outfit ready! You should make an outfit soon or ask momma to help you. I can speed the order up." Malleus smiled and patted Midnight's head. Her ears went down and she had a face of being in pure bliss. "I have this covered. I will start right away so Small Fae please return to whatever you were doing." Midnight smiled and nodded. 

She walked out of the dorm. She made some ice cubes in her hand. It was super hot over there. She could see it was affecting everyone one way or another. She was worried for Idia and the others. She went to their dorm. "Gah?! It is so f-ing hot here!" She made more ice cubes and made the ice path. She walked over to the dorm. Everyone was laying on the floor. She just dropped ice cubes everywhere and made sure to walk around everywhere. The ice path was permanent till it was no longer needed. The students seemed to gain life. They just laid on their backs. Midnight looked around for Ortho to see him floating in the middle of the hall. She made a ice path around him before wondering what to do next. "Umm miss lady are you there?" "Yes. What do you need?" "Do you know how to cool down the air or something?" "Just try to make the water in the air colder. Like making much smaller ice cubes." Midnight mumbled something before asking "Did you umm do that weird light thing to the student? I have wanted to ask you for a while." "Yes it was me. I have been places before I was chosen to watch over you." Midnight didn't say anything before trying to cool down the air. She made a huge ice cube in front of herself and other sized ice cubes before she was able to cool down the air. Ortho made some power on noises. "Odd just like my phone and game robots." Ortho looked around and said "Did my system overheat? Man I wonder if Nii-san is okay...." "Nee-san? Are you okay now?" Ortho turned around and smiled(?) at Midnight. "Oh hello Midnight! Why are you here?" "I wanted to check up on you guys. I made ice paths so you guys could cool off. Your dorm mates seemed dead honestly." Ortho looked into the hallway to see everyone laying on the back on ice paths. "Oh. I can see that their body temperatures are going down. My system must have also gone up. What you did helped it cool down. Thank you!" Midnight smiled and said "Where is Idia? I hope he is okay!" Ortho started to fly over to Idia's room. Midnight kept on making the ice paths as she followed Ortho. Ortho had to stop to let his system cool down. They got to Idia's room to see him holding an ice pack to his chest. "Nii-san!" "Hello Idia-san." Ortho did a quick med scan on him. Midnight made more ice pathes in his room before she left for the lounge to cover more ground. She heard a brrrrringgggg! Midnight looked around and checked the things on her body. She check the clip to see it is much darker now. It was a bright white before. It was now a dark gray. She walked back to Idia and said "Ummm you get blot when you use magic, right?" "Hmm? Yeah. A big setback for any moves you do." "You need a magic gem to keep the blot away from your body right?" Idia nodded. "Mini weeb, where are you going with this?" He mumbles "I wish there was a fast forward button for this convo." Midnight held her clip in her hands. "So this must mean this clip is basically my gem?" Idia looked at the clip and walks closer. He holds the clip and says "Yeah this is a magical gem for sure. What was the color before?" Midnight said "A bright white." Idia looked at her and then the clip. "Never heard of a gem like that. Must be a rare or boss level item. Well you should rest and eat good to get this blot away. Do you even know what overbloting is?" Midnight shook her head. "Well let's just say it happens when your magical gem turns dark black. That is super bad alright?" Midnight nods and puts the clip back. She left after making sure everyone was okay after dealing with all the heat.
