Aaliyah Kimberly Balogun named as successor and creative art director of OFF-WHITE Louis Vuitton Global Ambassador Aaliyah Balogun has succeeded fashion icon Virgil Abloh in the image and art direction of OFF-WHITE. The news was announced by Bernard Arnault CEO of Louis Vuitton at the LVMH family press conference held on Monday January 10th 2023. Mr Bernard went on to describe how this was the last wish of fashion icon and how much he has strong faith in the model who has worked for the brand for ten years.
My eyes follow the movement of the screen as the news. I was no longer referred as a model I was now known as the creative director of a brand. I felt a stray tear in the corner of my eyes and quickly wiped it. Today was a good day for me, no time to cry.

We boarded Starboy Air, we all took our seat in the cockpit. I was finally going home after a week of numerous deal signing and press conference.
