They say life gets crazy or more crazier as it progresses and so far I've realized the truth. So many things have happened in my lifetime that has only made me realize that life is not just about being happy but about being able to survive the world and living it all out. As long as you had someone by your side and that person is always there for you,
For me those people were my best friends, family and husband.

Amaya turned three months back and was every inch like her father. She still clung to him, she refused to be away from him for a minute and Ayo didn't mind, he took her everywhere he went, fashion shows, interviews, shoots, studio, she was by his side.
I also didn't mind as it gave me time to focus on other things especially with the new baby on the way. Yes I found out I was pregnant during the new year and I've been very excited, Ayo was more excited that me as he kept on saying he knew before I did and he wore it was a boy. I hope so too because God knew I would do anything to have a little son.
"There's the baby mama!" Steph announce walking towards me, she carried two bottle water, behind her was Thyra and Sean.
"Hey y'all!" I wave excitedly at my best friends. "Thank you for coming." Today was the listening party of the new single Ayo dropped from his new album titled Piece of My heart featuring Brent Faiyaz. I initially thought my friends wouldn't make it as they've been so busy with their lives.
Sean wave me off, "Girl please, you know we ain't missing this for anything!" He said as he sat beside me. Thyra and Steph sat opposite us.
"It's a full party" Steph say sipping from a red cup. "The album is going to be fire!"
"Yes" Thyra agrees.
We fell silent and watched the crowd going crazy over the song. Half the London entertainment industry was present sipping from their cups and gyrating.
In the midst of them was my handsome husband Ayo singing along, his arm drapped around Brent Faiyaz. On his left was Dj Tunez spinning the record.
I felt my heart swell with pride, he was still persevering against every odd.
"Wassup people!!" Ayo say into the microphone, all attention fell on him. "First I wanna say a very big thank you to everyone who came out today, it means a lot to me. A big thank you to my team, able Dj Tunez, Brent for working on this song with me. Also I wanna say a big thank you to my beautiful wifey Aaliyah, I love you and I am so proud of you, thank you for holding me down baby girl" he blow a kiss my way, I playfully caught it making everyone laugh.
"So I'm dedicating this song to you wifey, enjoy."
The instrumental of piece of my heart came on and this time everyone starts dancing with partners. Ayo mouth's I love you at me, when I blush he smiles and winks. I didn't know I was crying until I tasted my tears on my lips.
Lord knows, I would never stop loving him until the day I draw my last breath.
After all, love had a way of intertwining the past and present, crafting new stories from old legacies, leaving behind whispers of history while forging a path toward a hopeful future. And this was a new beginning.
