We were in my living room. Miyuga, Yukio, and the brats were at the playground downstairs. The brats miss Yukio even though it has only been 2 weeks since they were separated.
"The blood test says my HCG hormones are very elevated. There might be a possibility I am pregnant with twins, I was asked to go get a sonogram check."
"Ann, you don't like that.", Yanai stated sitting across from me who was lying on the sofa staring at the ceiling.
Are we playing patient and therapist?
"I love twins but after having identical twins, the statistics to have more twins are low unless the first twins were not identical there is a 3 or 4 per cent higher possibility.", I answered Yanai.
Yanai had a way of making me confess things even my therapist couldn't. He is studying Forensic study of criminology. He believes even criminals have a heart beneath their facade of evilness after he believes evil is made when something triggers the id of a human.
"Science isn't the world.", Yanai stated
"Dragons don't exist.", I reminded him.
Bearded dragons and Komodo dragons are from the lizard family.
"Your first pregnancy was IVF, to increase the chances of getting pregnant,5 fertilized embryos were planted in the uterus lining by increasing the 25 per cent chance for each egg to become a zygote.", Yanai consoled me as a mother consoling their child, even how smart the child would be, sometimes mama comes to the rescue.
"Twins are genetically from the mother's DNA, my maternal grandmother had non-identical twins, one survived the full term and died a week later while the other didn't fully form and just dropped as an amniotic sac at 20 weeks of pregnancy.", I uttered leaving a ghost touch on my abdomen.
I was ecstatic when my first sonogram showed twins but also disturbed a little. I wanted to rip the contents of my uterus like a deranged soul. I knew I was twisted but this was different. I had grown so obsessed with death that life became abhorred to me. I became addicted to drawing my soul out during my pregnancy. I love babies but I hated life. I went from loving it to wanting it gone. When Helios and Selene were born, I just nuzzled my face into the crook of their necks and licked them. I creep the obstetrician who gave me Helios and Selene. I will burn the world for them yet I will also kill them.
"Why are you not a doctor?"
"I didn't study Biology, idiot.", I humoured him.
"You will kill your patients."
"I know Basic Life Support."
"I inquired of you to take the test because it was an intuition. I just felt you might be pregnant because both of them didn't use a condom."
"You okay with that?", I queried curiosity.
Yanai wasn't exactly against me courting Miyuga but he did warn Miyuga that I bite.
