19 - hospital

'Y/N, GET UP!'  Your mum screamed from the kitchen.
Bolting awake you almost whacked your head on the wall behind you as your mum gave you a lovely awakening. Oh shit.. you thought, it was back to school again. Jolting up you grabbed your uniform and chucked it on, nearly breaking a world record for speed, and flew downstairs. You swiftly grabbed your bag and ran out the door like there was no tomorrow.

Just as you were sending messages frantically on your phone, you bumped into something. Suprised you looked up and Yoongi was looking down at you.
'Yoongi! You scared me..' you sighed as he laughed at you.
'Sorry my love, I just wanted to say hi on your first day back' He replied.

Suddenly he grabbed your shoulders and pulled you in close, his cologne sending you mad. His soft lips gently kissed yours and you instantly melted as his feathery embrace shocked your whole face, making your stomach flutter.
'Its so good to see you back in that sexy uniform again' He smirked, winking at you.
'You know, you're such a little heartthrob its killing me' you giggled as you fanned your burning cheeks.
'Anything to see that cute little red face of yours' Yoongi said, grabbing your face and squishing it.
'Yoongi!' You laughed, swatting his hands away.

You both walked to school together. Your hand was wrapped against his muscular arm and looking at his face, he let out a little smile as you continued to curl around him like a caterpillar. Finally you both arrived and were greeted by the others.
'Hi guys!' You said.
'Well look who is finally back!' Jimin teased.
'Finally the whole group is back together' Taehyung said.
As you were all chatting, you couldn't help but notice Imogen was nowhere to be seen.

You approached Jungkook hoping maybe he would know.
'Jungkook, how come Immy isn't here? Did she message you?' You asked.
'No idea, she hasn't messaged me since last night..' He replied.
'Neither, guys, has Imogen messaged any of you today?' You asked.
They all shook their heads.
Suddenly, your phone pinged and everyone looked at you.
'Its Imogen!' You said.

You opened her message and when you did, your stomach dropped and your head went fuzzy. Without thinking you immediately ran out of the school and out the gate to Imogen's house. The boys were all chasing you but you didn't stop. Just as you were about to turn the corner somebody grabbed your arm tightly and pulled you back.
'Y/N, whats going on?' Yoongi asked as he gripped onto your arm, showing no sign of letting go.
'Please, I have to get to Immy!' You said trying to wriggle away from him.

'Why, whats wrong?' Jungkook asked.
'Shes ill, like REALLY ill, her parents are out of town and she has nobody!' You shouted.
'Ill..? How?' Hoseok asked.
'Shes throwing up and has a horrible stomach, theres blood involved and I'm sorry but I have to go look after her!' You said.
You managed to free yourself from Yoongi and you continued to run to Imogen's house. She literally asked for you to come over as she was so ill.

Finally you reached her house and ran inside to find Imogen lying on the sofa, her face pale and dripping with sweat.
'Y/N..?' She whimpered.
'Immy! Don't worry, I'm here, whats going on?' You asked sitting next to her.
'I feel horrible.. my stomach and my-'
Immediately she grabbed a bucket next to her and retched, throwing up. You held her hair back, not knowing what to do.

Suddenly the boys all burst in behind you. You gave them a worried look as you continued to hold her hair back. They all looked extremely worried and Jungkook ran over.
'Babe, whats happened to you?' He asked, moving hair out of her face.
'I dont know..' She sniffled as she wiped her tears and mouth.
'This isnt okay, we are taking you to hospital right now' He said.
You watched sadly as Jungkook and Namjoon had to haul her off the couch and carry her outside. As the others all got outside, you felt someone gently take your shoulders and pull you back. It was Yoongi.

'I'm sorry for running away, I was just so worried..' you sighed.
'Its okay, sweetie, you made the right choice coming here. Without you imogen wouldnt be getting the help she needs. Infact it was wise of you to run because it made us chase after you' He lightly chuckled as he moved strands of hair out of your face. 'Now come on, we are going to the hospital with her'

You both clambered into Jin's car. You sat next to Imogen and held her hand as Yoongi and Jungkook rung hospitals.
'Its gonna be okay, Imogen, we are all here for you' You said gently as you squeezed her very warm palm.
'I hope so, this is horrible, thank you guys' Imogen said.
'Don't worry Imogen, this will all be over soon' Taehyung said. Everyone agreed with him.

Soon enough you made it into the hospital and when you got there, doctors and a few nurses rushed to your car. They assisted Imogen onto a stretcher and took her inside. You ran with them aswell as Jungkook. Yoongi and the others waited in the waiting room as you two supported Immy. Suddenly a doctor came in and you both sat up.
'Whats wrong with her, doc?' Jungkook asked anxiously.
'Imogen has a case of food poisoning, which explains the vomiting and diaherra, but it seems to be quite severe with the fever too' the doctor explained.

'Have you eaten anything recently with a weird taste or just generally tasted off?' She asked.
'Well, the last thing I ate were cookies..?-'
Suddenly Imogen stopped.
'Imogen..?' You asked.
'It was cookies.. they probably had gone off..' Imogen said.
'Alright, well we will prescribe you with some antibiotics and you will be good after that. I advise you to spend a day or so off of school though' the doctor said.

When she left, you looked straight at Imogen.
'That didn't sound right, what really happened?' You asked her.
She sighed and looked at you.
'It was dumb of me..' She replied.
'What was, dont be embarrassed, Immy' You said.
