alice met up with tobi and josh at the park gate around 11:30, and they began their walk.
"so would you like to come on set next week when we're filming the sidemen sunday, alice?" josh offered, smiling at the girl.
alice thought about it for a moment, before her face lit up and she replied, "i'd love to."
tobi grimaced, "isn't that the forfeit blind date one?"
alice's eyes widened, "okay i definitely have to see that. ill be there!"
"god." tobi sighed as josh let out a cackle.
they carried on walking, talking about random things in life and plans for sidemen sundays, and at some point, tobi interlocked his fingers with alice's, and she had moved slightly closer to him, leaning into his shoulder.
alice smiled to herself as she couldn't keep the kiss she shared with tobi out of her head. josh had noticed the girl lost in her own thoughts, but didn't ask about it. they seemed like happy thoughts to him, anyway.
-
their walk had came to an end, and alice hand invited the two round to her apartment.
"do you guys wanna come over to mine? i can make lunch and stuff."
tobi nodded and gave her a soft smile, "yeah sure, thanks."
"oh sorry i can't, i have a date with freya soon," josh said, glancing down at his phone, "you two enjoy yourselves though!"
they spoke a little longer, before josh called a cab and made his way home.
tobi turned around to alice and smiled, wrapping his arm around her shoulder before beginning to walk back to her apartment.
-
alice closed the door behind tobi as they entered, leading him to the kitchen.
"would you like pasta? or i can just make some sandwiches if you'd like." alice offered, looking over at the boy who stared at her intensely.
"tobi?"
he shook his head and blinked repeatedly, "huh yeah? oh, sandwiches are fine thank you!"
tobi sat down on the stool by the island, watching alices ever move with a small smile.
alice had kept glancing at the boy, eventually realising what he was doing.
"what?" she scoffed with a smile as she cut the lettuce.
tobi blinked slowly, "cant get the kiss out my head."
alice stayed quiet for a moment, looking away from tobi to hide her smile, "neither."
she heard him lift himself from the stool, and footsteps were heard coming towards her.
tobi placed his larger hand over hers, causing her to drop the knife out of her free hand and whip her head around to him with a shy smile, "tobi?"
"alice, i just want to tell you this," he sighed, looking to the ground for a second, "i really, really like you. i think you're the most beautiful girl i've ever met, and seen. i want us to be more than friends."
alice stared at the boy in awe, not knowing how to reply.
she took his other hand with her free one and looked up to him, "i really like you too, tobi. i want us to be more than friends, too."
tobi attempted to hold on a smile, but failed. he rested one hand on the side of alice's face and leaned down slightly to close the gap between them.
alices's face was now cupped with both of tobi's hands, and he pushed into the kiss, causing her to stumble backwards, now leaned back against the counter.
one of her hands gripped his right bicep, the other behind her on the edge of the counter, holding her self up.
they both pulled away for air and gasped slightly, staring into each others eyes deeply with big smiled spread across their faces.
alice closed the gap again, placing a hand on the back of tobi's neck.
