Part 31

Me and Jinx decide that running away now is not a good idea. We already got permission to meet from my father and mother. All that is left now is Silco. It's time for him to realize that he can not control Jinx anymore. For now, me and Jinx were sitting on the tallest building in Zaun and watched life move on belove us. She was cuddling against me and being all affectionate. "we should total mess with enforcers soon. I miss causing chaos" she broke the silence "what do you mean? you always cause chaos," I say. She changes the position and puts her head on my lap. "very funny sugar tits. But seriously tho, this is the longest I haven't messed with enforcers" I play with her braids as they were spread on my legs and swinging off the edge of the building. "Really? so this is your record?" "I guess." silence again. It was a comfortable silence, we didn't need to talk to understand each other. I knew Jinx enjoyed that her head was finally at peace. Because when it wasn't she was going 1000 miles per hour. 

"You are not leaving me for Piltover are you?" it was an unexpected question, and the question she knew the answer to. "No of course not. Can you imagine someone who grew up in Zaun living in Piltover?" she giggled at the idea. "I can't picture you in their little uniforms. You would look like a clown" she laugh at her own image of me in Piltover clothes. "Hey I think I would look cute" "hm now that I think about it, you in a short skirt would not be bad" I take the end of her braid and tickle her face with it "pervert" was all I said. She takes a hand away from her face. 

"hey, JJ..." "what is it?" "Listen, i know you said that when I'm not with you, your head is struggling" she jumped up from my lap "you know I don't want to talk 'bout that" her expression saddened and she didn't want to look at me "I know we do not have to. But I also don't want you to struggle. If you want, I can ask my mom for some medicine" "you want to give me drugs? seriously?". 

She got upset and set up completely walking away from me. "You know drugs don't work for me" "JJ, I know. But these aren't drugs. They are actual medicine that can help you. It won't make you messed up like drugs." I get up to go after her. She crossed her arms like she was hugging herself. I put my hand on her shoulder and make her turn to me. But she still doesn't look at me. "there is no hurt in trying. If you don't like them, throw them down the toilet." she scrunches her nose in hesitancy.  "I can't sleep at night knowing you are struggling while I'm not there. So try them for me. Please?" she finally looks at me and I give her puppy eyes. She lets out a huff with a smirk "I can't say no to you sugar tits. Are you using voodoo or something on me?" she jokes. "Maybe I am but I will never let you know. You must never know of my doll of you that has a hair in it" she giggles at my sarcasm. "I hope you are joking" "guess you will never know" she wraps one arm around my waist pulling me in "I know where you live sugar" "Then why don't you take me home and check for yourself" I wrap my arms around her neck staring into her doe-like eyes. 

"Sorry to disappoint sugar but not today. Still have some job to do" "bOOOO" I booed, "ill take you on a nice date soon. Promise" she said as she pulled me closer to her so we were pressed against each other. I could suddenly feel her hand go under my shirt and travel up my back. "What are you doing? you are the one who said not today" I say but don't push her away. "Just enjoying you for a bit longer," she said and pulled me in for a kiss. It was sweet, a goodbye kiss. She pulled away, I put my hands on her cheeks and they were warm. She still blushed after every kiss even if we have done this a million times. 

"gotta go, see you tomorrow sugar tits!!" she yells as she jumps off the building. I was in a daze but then could feel my chest getting lighter. I pat my chest and my back and realized she unclipped my bra. "wha- seriously?" I complain. dumbfounded that she really unclipped my bra. I mutter something under my breath as I walk to the stairs while trying to clip it back in place.
