9-And the Plot Thickens

"It's about my marriage..."

"Is it ending? Are you and Iseol getting a divorce?" Jimin asked. The others unconsciously leaned forward

"No," the older man huffed and grabbed Jungkook's hand with his right and Iseol's with his left

Hoseok's eyebrows furrowed in confusion while Janiya's jaw dropped, literally her mouth hung open. Everyone else except Amber looked at each for an explanation

"You already know" Niya said, finally closing her mouth

"Yes I know because I'm the reason behind it"

"Reason behind what? What are y'all talking about? What's happening?" Namjoon fires off the questions in rapid succession

Seokjin took a deep breath, it was clear that whatever he was about to say was heavy and would change everyone in the room. "I think the reason they're in such a hurry to leave, mainly Janiya, is because she found out about something I've been keeping from you all"

"Is she pregnant?" Hoseok asked, he and the the rest of the men were anxious to know what the big news was

"No, I'm not pregnant," the married woman answered for herself. She gave her husband's hand a reassuring squeeze

"It's okay hyung, it's time" Jungkook encouraged him to speak

"Iseol and I are with Jungkook," he revealed with shaky breaths "The three of us are in a relationship together"

The silence that enveloped the room was deafening. Everyone's breathing and heartbeats could be heard with little focus on either. Jungkook hid his face in the shirt of his lover while Iseol squeezed him in a comforting hug. Jin's lip quivered as he tried to hold back the tears threatening to spill over the rim of his eyes. Janiya's hands caged in the lower half of her face, hiding the look of shock, Amber was clutching her pearls, well diamond pendant but the sentiment is the same while the fiver members were frozen in place suffering brain malfunctions.

"W-w-how?" Taehyung rasped, his throat dried out upon hearing the news

"F-for how long?" Namjoon's voice a whisper when he spoke

"Can we sit down before I start explaining?" Jin asked, looking towards the living room. They all moved, almost robotically towards the couches and chairs. With everyone sitting and zeroing in on the three of them he began to speak "Shortly before my enlistment, Jungkook and I were having a serious discussion about how our lives might be during and after our time in the military. We discussed our careers and the topic of relationships came up and he told me that was falling for someone he shouldn't. I would later find out that it was me but at that time I assumed it was another idol or perhaps a western celebrity so I tried to offer some advice thinking nothing of it. While serving, I talked to all of you as often as possible but something changed in me and Jungkook's relationship, I began to see him differently, for the man he had grown into and it ignited something in me I couldn't explain back then. When my enlistment was done and my parents introduced me to Iseol I was smitten with her from day one and that created an internal conflict within me. As she and I got to know each other I was also reconnecting with Jungkook and we mutually decided to explore our newfound feeling for each other which eventually led to a secret relationship between us. I fell in love with him as I was falling in love with Iseol as well"

His wife tucked his hair behind his ear and caressed his flawless skin lovingly, "I was falling fast and deep for Seokjin as well but I sensed something was holding him back from me even though we had great conversations and enjoyed each other's company. Around the one year mark our parents began dropping hints for us to start planning a wedding and I was on board. Two months before he proposed he told me that even though he loved me there was someone else that also had his heart and he couldn't let this person go" Iseol added with a small smile as her husband kissed her dainty fingers "As I would come to find out, it was Jungkook that he was unable to let go of but he had already set Jin free and told him to marry me so he proposed and I said yes after our engagement party I told him that I would only marry him on the condition of meeting the other person occupying such a large portion of his heart and mind"
