Chapter 8 Caris's POV

 That day I went to this little place that I found when I was little, everything was still there, it was a carved out tree and yes it was cool my small chair I found the last file that I saved from being incinerated. I came here often to hide but then I got used to my surroundings. After I went down memory lane I decided it was time to do something fun so I went to the head office, it was a big building in the center of the camp, inside was a waiting room and a large long desk with a bunch a women and men working. I found the desk that said “Request Forms” and put in a request for us to see a movie I started to write down all three of our names but a short plump woman said it wouldn’t be necessary. The creepy part is that she called me by my name, Caris, not “Dear” or “Honey” and I have never seen the office before or the people that run the place. Once my request was approved I got two options the movie “Hop” or “Strawberry Shortcake in the Lost Milky Way”, I went with Hop.

After I got back I told Sabrina and Juliet, Sabrina was upset that we couldn’t see Strawberry Shortcake but she would get over it, eventually.

----------------------------------------------The Car Trip--------------------------------------------------

 We all got into a car that I rented from the car pull at the entrance of the camp and started to drive away as I looked back the camp seemed to disappear I rubbed my eyes and I was gone. I frowned, why can’t this make sense? Once we got to the movie theater we bought a large Dr. Pepper, large popcorn and a pack of Twizzlers and sat down in the theater to see Hop. Apparently Juliet thought we had to hop or she was exited anyway she was spilling popcorn everywhere thankfully we were in the back seat. Then it got on some man’s head he turned around menacingly and looked at us, why did he look so familiar but in a twisted horrible way? “Sorry Sir.” I said as I brushed off the extra popcorn still on his head, but of course Sabrina must get a say on what’s happening and said “What happened to your face?”  That was it, she blew it we’re moving, I got up and made them get up and switch seats.

 After the movie I was ready to go home especially with our test tomorrow I walked briskly to the car while everyone else piled in. “OH a Burger King can we go please!” Sabrina begged “Sure whatever.” But when we tried to go into the drive though lane the car swerved and headed back to the camp. “Um guys I thought you wanted Burger King and who’s driving?” I asked completely freaked out, everyone looked scared even Juliet was scared and no one dared talking. Once we got home or as close as camp can get to be a home we all said good night and walked to our beds I don’t know about everyone else but I completely crashed into a dreamless sleep.
