After Kanae was dropped off, Sanemi drove back to his house and brought Giyuu inside. The moment Giyuu came in, he was amazed by all the objects in it.
"What's this?" He asked.
"That's a TV," Sanemi mumbled. Giyuu was surprised.
"This is a TV? I thought TVs were big and bulky?" Sanemi rolled his eyes and strolled over to the stair closet.
While his guilt was still rampant after hiding Giyuu's body, he felt even more guilty as he took some things from him. Thankfully, he was sure to place them in a small box hidden away so he wouldn't mess with any of the stuff further.
Giyuu's flip phone.
There was never a time that Sanemi saw Giyuu not on his damn phone talking to his sister or meddling around with it.
And lastly,
A multi-colored ribbon.
Giyuu always wore this. Sanemi never really understood why he'd wear something so stupid. The colors didnt seem to make sense. But from what he heard, the colors belonged to his sister and best friend.
Taking the objects, he shut the door and returned to Giyuu, who was still gawking over the TV.
"Here, take them," Sanemi said, shoving the objects toward him.
"Huh? Oh, thank you." Giyuu said as he took them.
"Do these spark any memories?" He was silent for a moment as he examined the phone and ribbon.
"I don't think so..." He muttered, opening the phone.
"Oh well, at least I had the—"
"Hey, loner-freak. We're going to the pond. Come with us." ꌚꁲꋊꈼꂵꂑ said, shutting his phone.
"Yeah, come with us! We know we've been rather cruel, so we wanna apologize." One of ƧΛПΣMI'Ƨ friends said as they patted his shoulder.
He shouldn't have agreed to come with them. But he was desperate to make amends with the boys. His sister always commented on his kindness and patience and how he must be careful.
If only he had listened.
"What'll we do?" Giyuu asked with a gentle smirk.
"We're playing a game of trust! We'll go first, then you, okay?"
If only he had listened...
"We'll tell you when we're ready," รคภє๓เ said as he blind-folded him. Giyuu nodded, thinking that things had changed.
But of course, they hadn't.
When he gained consciousness, he was inches away from the water, and the only thing keeping him away was his hood.
"Any last words, dumbass?" The boy said with a smile. Giyuu looked for someone who might seem hesitant enough with this to save him...
"Sanemi?"
"You think he's gonna save you? Don't make us laugh!" The boy exclaimed before dropping him in.
He tried to swim up, but he was steadily sinking... What did they do?
Upon looking down, they tied him to a pair of cement blocks. He thrashed around and tried to untie them, but with how cloudy the water was, he couldn't see much of anything.
