Fake
When you're laughing at my jokes,
I wonder if you mean it.
Whether I have the sense of humor similar to a comedian.
Don't laugh because you pity me, or pretend like you care.
I'd rather you be real with me.
Instead of faking everything.
I'll chose to leave you when I'm ready.
When I can no longer look at you and say I don't care anymore.
It's hard to believe that you say you care for me.
When all I saw was that you had left to do your own thing.
I'm always there for you, but you never do the same.
Our friendship feels so one-sided.
The scale only tilts one way.
I should leave, but I won't,
there are one too many reasons why I stay.
I'd hate if you do better without me, because you wouldn't have needed me
in the first place.
