My birthday's in a week,
It's as if I just turned 15 just yesterday.
I don't look any older,
In fact I haven't grown any taller either.
I just feel the same.
Lately I've just been wanting to grow up.
Move out and go to college
away from everyone.
Live on my own,
cook pancakes in the mornings and
clean my room without being told.
I just want to leave and get lost;
Because I don't belong here.
I don't want to be here.
I just want to
grow up.
