Jamarni groaned as the bullet entered his lower torso. Daylon sent shots to the man's head then people ran out the room screaming.

"Can y'all stop screaming? Can't even be in pain in peace" Jamarni said calmly as he looked down at his gun shot wound. He placed his hand over it then turned to Sania who stared at him in shock. "Baby reach for my car keys in my pocket" she did as told then passed it to him.

"I know you not bout to drive right now" she folded her arms. He shook his head.
"Nia you gotta tampon?" She gave him a weird look but handed him one anyway. He unwrapped it and stuck it in the bullet hole.

"This thing for pussy now it's in me" he muttered to himself with a mug on his face. He walked away from her wincing lowly. "Y'all make sure she and her friend make it home okay" He spoke to Gino and Loyal then Gino stank faced him.

"I ain't never doing nothing for a shawty" he pushed his lips up. "Don't be stuck up for once nigga, come on" Loyal waved him on as he walked over to Nia.

Daylon and Jamarni got into the car and headed straight to the trap.
"Red is Donna there?" Daylon shouted on the phone. "Jamarni got shot we bout to be there in a min"

He glanced at Jamarni, "Nigga why is you smiling"
"I just took my first bullet, I'm proud homie"
"You need counselling bruh"
He chuckled then stopped when he felt the pain.

They arrived at the trap and Red came over to help Jamarni into the hospital room where Donna was already waiting for him.

"Why is there a tampon sticking out your lower abdomen?" She asked as she put on her gloves and Jamarni laid on the bed.

"Had to stop myself from bleeding out"
She nodded and inspected the wound. "JJ you gon need surgery to remove the bullet, you need to go to the hospital. It's very deep in there and the only way it can be removed is if I put you to sleep. I don't have that kind of equipment here"

He thought for a moment "So what you saying is i'm dying"
"No, go to the hospital nigga."
He groaned before leaving the room.

"DAYLON WE GOTTA GO TO THE HOSPITAL" He shouted as he bopped through the trap. They got back into the car and drove to the hospital.

3 hours later...
Jamarni,

I woke up feeling groggily and laid there staring at the ceiling listening to the beeping monitors.
"He's awake, transfer him to a patient room then let his family see him" I heard a doctor say and all of a sudden I felt my body being pushed onto moving bed.

They moved me into a room where they transferred me to another bed.
"What would you like to eat sir? We have sandwiches or cajun chicken with mac & cheese"

I sucked my teeth hard "I don't want y'all diseased nasty ass food"

"JAMARNI! I know you not disrespecting the doctor right now!" My mother walked in with my pop strolling in behind her.
"Sorry mom" I scratched the back of my head.

"Get him a ham & cheese sandwich please because this boy is eating" She politely told the doctor and he gave her a warm smile before handing me a cup of water and leaving the room. "Drink that up JJ or they don't discharge you"

I huffed and drank up the water.
"Look at you taking orders from yo mama but when it's me suddenly you a deaf nigga" Rey shook his head.

Zaijah rolled her eyes, "Y'all plus Gino listen to me because you should and if you didn't Rey i'd ring ur ear" she sassed and I laughed.

"Is the nigga who shot me dead?" I asked them seriously while taking off the blanket to look at my stiches.

"Stone cold" Rey said as he sat on the edge of the bed. "Don't worry the body is taken care of"
