Epilogue: A Family Finally Healed

The next day, as the family prepares for the monthsary of Mirabel's death, Abuela Alma was trying talk her way to her dauther, but Julieta was dead silent. As Abuela slightly walked away, Julieta was alarmed.

"Mama?," says Julieta. "Can we talk about Mirabel?"

As Julieta sat down, so does Abuela.

"We haven't talked in nearly a month, mi hija.," Abuela sadly said. "Was with you all that time?," the candle holder sadly added.

"I was distant.," Julieta said. "I was distant to you because I know you have to talk bad about Mirabel before her death, aside for some recovery after from those events, and I've not told you or the rest of the family about my style of recovery. But I was wrong about it."

"Wrong about what?," Abuela asked.

"I was wrong because Mirabel told me that even thought they missed her so much, they should remember her by heart.," Julieta explained.

"I should've known."

"I see.," Abuela said. "That girl is so magical to us, I thought, we don't need a miracle about her. We just needed love for her to experience how life is, and only you have that, and the rest of us haven't."

"Really?," Julieta shockingly asked.

"Ever since she didn't have a miracle to work with, I was very harsh on her.," Abuela explained. "And after our last encounter before her death, I realized that I shouldn't be too much harsh."

Abuela explained how Agustin was very busy with things, and shown a little love with his daughter.

How she haven't saw Antonio also doing the same quality of love Julieta had with Mirabel.

How Luisa and Isabella were pressurized by her harshness and they were always angry at their little sister, how they were happy that they have a good sister after overtaking thier emotions, and how she didn't saw it in the first place to focus on her wrong doings to how she softly took care of her sisters.

How Dolores have love that she've thinked it's not enough for Mirabel to achive.

How Camilo, even though she've have fun with, can't exclaimed how much love he brings to his prima.

How Pepa and Felix were the same harshness as her after Mirabel discovers about Bruno, but realized how hard it would be without her, just like how Julieta realized.

And how Bruno knows how special Mirabel is to thier family, and how she wanted to show her kind of love she brings to them

"But I was wrong."

Abuela realized something that she didn't know, broken about Mirabel's death after knowing what the family felt the love that she did.

"I was wrong because she needs to show how much she loves this family, and I didn't have a chance to see it and focus on her wrong doings.," Abuela said.

"I know, Abuela, and you realized it after she passed away.," Julieta said.

"I'm so sorry about everything I've done wrong about her.," Abuela sadly said. "I hope you understand."

Julieta softly pat Abuela's back.

"It's ok about it.," Julieta said. "She already forgave all of us as she've said before.," she added.

Just then, Julieta's face turned sad after realized what she've done to Abuela before today.

"Mama, I'm sorry for being distant after all this time. I know it hurts you so much.," she sadly said.

"Hija, I know there was a different reason why you did that commotion.," Abuela said. "But after Mirabel said that my words that was something bad about her, I realized that it was too much.," she added.

"And no need to say sorry about it, because I already forgave you."

After Abuela gave forgiveness, she and Julieta hug each other.

At the graveyard, all of the family were now there, until both Abuela and Julieta arrived.

"So, you and Abuela have talked each other for thr first time in a month, mi amor?," Agustin asked Julieta.

"Yes it was.," Julieta said.

Just then, the attention of the family were now focused to Julieta.

"At first, I thought being alone was the solution and that would be my recovery from the tragedy. Turns out it wasn't.," Julieta stated. "After Mirabel's soul visited all of us one-by-one, and when she visited me last night, I realized that you don't need lonliness for recovery, you need to forget the suffering and sorrows of a tragedy and you need to remember your passed loved ones by heart.," she added.

As the family gathers for a picture, they were happy, especially Abuela and a fully-recovered Julieta. They are now happy now that the wounds of the tragedy were now gone but the memory of Mirabel remains the same.

As the family departs from the grave, only Abuela and Julieta remained. They talked about what happened earlier today prior.

As they were about to leave, both Madrigals saw Mirabel's soul. She was very happy that the broken heart of her mother was now fixed and she finally saw both her mother and grandmother having to love each other again as a mother and daugther.

After waving each other, both Abuela and Julieta happily left, so does a happy soul of the late Mirabel Madrigal. She knows that she've now fix the relationship of a magically broken family, without having of be involved due to her death a month ago.
