Something is wrong with Namjoon. I don't know what, but the way he's acting is different.

He drove for a long time before parking in front of a small cabin in the woods. He said we were here and told me to get out.

I did, of course, but I didn't fully realize something was wrong with him until I saw his anger show.

He lashed out when we got inside the vacant cabin and turned on the television.

He turned it to the news and saw how the vehicle we are in had been reported missing. I watched him cuss and punch the wall. With his jawline clenched, he left the cabin to let off some steam, as he had stated. I heard the tires of the vehicle outside as he drove off the rocky road.

I stayed still, figuring out where we were. Of course, I knew something was wrong with him, but at that moment, I thought it was because they found the car we were in. Still, he isn't acting like himself at all.

When he leaves, I decide to start looking around the cabin, hoping to find anything useful.

I search the cabin and find out this place belongs to Namjoon and his father. Family portraits are hanging on the wall headed upstairs. I see youthful pictures of Namjoon, and I have to smile because he seems so sweet at that age.

Forcing my attention elsewhere, I decide to head back downstairs to the television instead.

I watch a little of the weather from the news channel that's still on, but when the news starts talking about Namjoon and me, I listen closely.

However, it's the sight on the tv screen that has my hand flying to my shocked mouth in a matter of seconds. Whatever happened at the inn is completely different than I imagined.

"Breaking news, it seems like Emiko and Namjoon are working together. We have found actual footage of their whereabouts at the resort as of late yesterday afternoon. We urge that if you do see Emiko or Namjoon call the proper authorities immediately. They are dangerous."

My eyes stare at the pictures on the screen when seeing the men that were attacking us at the inn. Portraits of them tell about their cause of death, which states the cause is a gun.

I was knocked out before I could know what happened, but they're acting as if we killed them, specially Namjoon as they have him labeled as a murderer now. He couldn't have, right?

Feeling the tears silently rush down my cheeks, I wipe them fast. There's no way that can be true.

I know the real Namjoon. Yes, he can be a jerk and annoying, but he's also kindhearted and smart. He's been here for me when he never needed to, but he came along, even though he could have run away to any part of the world, he chose to run away with me.

I abruptly turn the tv off, silencing its lies in my ears. Instead, I focus on finding something that I could do in the meantime until Namjoon returns.

Of course, he would be angry. Given everything that happened. Although he's acting strange, I need to remember he's made sacrifices, too. He won't always be happy about it. Despite what the news says, how can I believe something when I have seen how the world makes up stories to make us look like the bad guys?
