Harry grabbed his phone out of his pocket and double pressed the side button, the Apple Pay icon appearing on his screen as he pressed it up to the machine.
"Have a nice day, Sir"the women smiled at him, she clearly knew who he was and was trying to contain her excitement, seeing Harry styles and his daughter was not an everyday occurrence.
Harry grabbed ahold of the grocery bags and then held his hand out for his daughter to take, the four year old pouting. "—You too!"
"River, can you please hold my hand, we're going to be in the car park"Harry spoke, his hand still outstretched and awaiting his daughter's touch.
The girl shook her head. "Nah, uh, I'm a big girl"
"I'm not saying your not a big girl, but we're going to be going into a busy car park, so please just hold my hand"Harry spoke, trying to make the girl understand the situation a little bit more.
"No!"she screamed, drawing attention from other people entering the shop, stomping her foot on the ground and her pout becoming even more prominent.
He used his free hand that wasn't holding the shopping bag and placed it under her chin, tilting her head up so they locked eyes."—Hey, River Styles, we do not yell, do you understand me?"
Usually when river heard Harry using her full name like he had just now she would stop acting up, but today was different.
She continued to stomp her foot on the ground as angry tears started to fall from her eyes. "—I'm a big girl daddy!"
When Harry tried to grab ahold of her hand, she tried to rip it out of his grasp, her foot stomping once again.
In the end, Harry simply had enough, and used his free arm to swing it around her body.Manoeuvring her so she was on his hip, the girl continuing to cry out and try to wiggle out of his grasp.
Harry rolled his eyes. "—If your going to keep acting like a baby, River, then I'll treat you like one"
