"Daddy!"
The front door of there London home opened and in ran his seven year old daughter, a piece of paper in her hands as her school uniform adorned her body, her hair a mess.
Anne shut the door behind her, seeing as she had suggested to Harry that it might be nice for her to pick River up from school today seeing as they hadn't seen each other in a few weeks.
And so Harry called the school and explained how River Styles would be getting picked up by her grandmother today.
"Pickle!"Harry exclaimed as his daughter stumbled onto his lap from where he was sat on the L-shaped sofa in there living room.
He pressed a kiss to the crown of her head. "— what's that you've got in y'hand?"
River glanced down at the piece of paper that was in her hand and then lifted her head so her green eyes could fix onto the ones of her father.
"I got star of the week at school!"
Harry grinned, his dimples shine through and a strand of hair falling infront of his face. "Really?"
She nodded and he quickly pulled her in closer to his body, wrapping his arms around her petit frame and rocking there bodies side to side a few times. "I'm proud of you, y'know that?"
