"Do you see anything y'fancy on the menu, love?"
River looked down at the menu her father was holding out in-front of her, her eyes brows raised as she tried to read what all the different things were.
She was getting better at reading, but she definitely still needed some help.
"Um..."she tapped her finger against her chin in thought. "— can I have the um...espresso?"
Harry had to refrain himself from letting out a laugh at what his sweet girl had requested for a drink. "Unfortunately that drink contains coffee, and your too young to have coffee, so can you please pick something else for me?"
"But I want to try an...an espresso"
"And I've already told you that you'll have to pick something else pickle, I said y'not aloud to drink coffee"Harry parented.
He hated being stern with her, he hated playing the bad cop.
River shook her head in denial. "— but..but.."
Harry clicked his tongue. "No buts Riv, you either pick something else to drink or you don't get anything at all and we'll go back home, the choice is yours"
