The group passed old rundown factories with the creature behind their backs. Yok and Gram were stuck behind Black's motorbike as Sean led them towards the abandoned building. White's fists were clenching and unclenching on his shirt, and Black didn't have to be a mind reader to know he was scared. He gripped the handles tighter. He will get his brother to safety soon.

"Fuck! Fuck!" Gram was yelling. Black didn't try to look back. It was more than obvious the fucking creature was getting closer.

"Sharp right, and duck down!" Sean shouted before his bike disappeared behind the corner. Black clenched his teeth. Turning to the right, he spotted a hole in the wall big enough for the small bike to get through. Taking a deep breath, he accelerated and drove inside the building. Gram and Yok joined them right after. The gang stopped in the middle of the big bleak room. The creature's screech echoed from outside, and White whimpered.

"It's okay, White. It can't get inside." Black assured his brother.

"Can you get down?" He asked, receiving a nod. He helped White get off the bike, keeping him close. The gang gathered around them, and Black couldn't help to snort. White was plastered to his side, intertwining their fingers as if he was afraid to lose him. Black smiled at his twin, caressing his chubby cheek.

"Holly shit." Yok squeaked as he got a better view of White.

"Shut the fuck up," Black growled.

"Sorry, for a second, I thought I saw double." Yok snapped back.

"And you smiled." Gram added, barely holding a straight face.

"You don't smile, P'Black?" White opened his mouth. Black swore his brother's voice sounded the same as he remembered it.

"There was no reason to smile."

White's eyes grew bigger before his tiny arm wrapped him in a warm hug.

"You are still the same clingy baby." Black couldn't help but comment.

"I don't want to interrupt your moment, but we need to check what it looks like outside." Sean pointed out. Black growled. Sean was still an asshole, no matter if he just saved their lives. He glared at him but nodded anyway.

"Yok upstairs, Gram the right side, Sean the left side. I am going to check the hole."

"I know what to do." Sean snickered before running to his designed destination. Black waited for the other two to do their task.

"Wait for me here." He pulled away from White.

"No, I am going with you."

"White, it's dangerous. You will be safe here." Black reasoned, but the pout his brother was using on him made him waver.

"Fine, but stay behind me."

"Yes." White smiled, holding his hand again. Black rolled his eyes but was satisfied to have his baby brother with him. They got closer to the opened wall. Balck stuck to it, making White do the same. He slowly shuffled forward, not letting go of his twin's hand. Stopping by the edge of it, he quickly peeked outside. At first glance, it seemed the creature wasn't around. He looked one more time, assessing the situation outside longer. He felt the grip on his palm tighten but didn't react to it.

"Let's get back." He tugged White back to the centre of the room.
