I tune out Mr. Aizawa's lecture to focus on Katsuki.

He was stiff looking, to say the least. Arms crossed against his toned chest, face showing just a little anger. His eyes catch mine, and I roll them before looking back to Izuku throwing the ball.

My gym uniform slightly blows from the force behind his throw as I look at his hand.

"Holy crap, he just broke his finger." An improvement compared to the almost full-body destruction from the exam.

I hear a voice from behind the class murmuring at the boy's pitch. I turn to see All Might peeking his head out from behind the building.

He seems fixated on Midoriya with a proud look on his face. Looking down, I pick up a pebble, tossing it in his direction without the others noticing.

I smirk at his surprise, and he gratefully nods as he ducks behind the side of the building.

"Strange. But I get the secrecy." Shrugging, I face the front and await our sensei's next instructions.

"Tell me how you did that right now, Deku!" I hear the Katsuki yell from a few meters away.

My eyes dart to him, his aura is dark and brooding. His hands are open, quirk sparking against his palms. He storms forward at Midoriya, still yelling.

"Explain yourself, Deku!" Then suddenly our teacher holds a strict stance. He has his scarf in hand as he restrains the Pomeranian.

"Back off. You should keep it in mind to not make me use my quirk so much." He grumbles, eyes bloodshot as his irises glow crimson red. "It gives me serious dry eye." He scowls, his dark hair floating in the air.

"How unfortunate." I sigh.

The rest of the class let out praises mixed with bewilderment in unison. He lets my friend go, and the scores for the day are shown. I search for my name, seeing it in the bottom six.

"Also I lied," Aizawa grins at us all with evil intent. "No one is going home. It was a rational deception to bring out the most potential from all of you."

He turns away from us while dismissing the class to go change into their normal uniforms.

I see Aizawa head towards the direction All Might was in, but decide eavesdropping wouldn't be fun today.

"Hey, (Y/n)!" I hear a bubbly voice from behind me as I walk toward the locker room. I look up to the heavens for some savior before turning around to see Ochaco.

"Hey, Uraraka." I feign joy, her chipper personality putting a damper on my already tired mood. I keep walking to the changing room as the shorter girl catches up.

"You were pretty amazing today! I noticed some of your scores. Do you have a hidden strength quirk or something?" She smiles up at me lightly, definitely too enthusiastic for me. I couldn't mistake the small blush on her face either.

"No. I train regularly to keep my muscle up." I gesture to myself, noticing a suspicious glint in the girl's eyes.

"Hey, Uraraka, right?" I look deeply into her eyes, a sparkle in them from the sunlight. "Do you like girls? That's why you're asking, right?" I bluntly ask, her face turning hot pink.

"No! No! It's not why I was asking!" She gets flustered and I laugh at the way she goes silent.

"Relax, it's just a question, Pinkface." I lower my voice an octave and smirk, the pink turning into a dark red, and notice blood trailing from her nose a little.

"You got something there," I poke the skin under her nose, her eyes following my hand. I pull my finger away and see a spot of blood on the pad of it. Showing it to her, she gasps before sprinting away.
