The tour wrapped up in Boston, their hometown with two final shows. Once they were, Joe helped Anabella move into his place. They wanted to spend all their time together.

**~ Five Months Later ~**

Joe and Anabella had been living together for five months, her having found another job with a different Boston firm. When she wasn't working, she was spending time with her boyfriend. With Christmas approaching, she and Joe were planning to spend it with his family. Well with his father and siblings. His mother had passed in November, and it had been the hardest thing he had ever faced, letting her go. There were a lot of hard days for him still.

"Joe! I can't find that box of your mom's decorations of your mom's you wanted to get out," Ana said appearing in the doorway. They had everything up for Christmas, but he wanted to add the box of stuff he got from his mom's estate.

"It's upstairs in one of the boxes labeled Mom," he said," I'll get it." He headed up to the attic where he had kept a lot of things, he used it as a storage space. He found the boxes and began to look through them till he found the one with the ornaments and carried it downstairs to their living room.

"I'm sorry Joe, I thought you'd brought them down already," she said softly.

"No. Everything of Mom's is upstairs. I wanted to keep it up there so it wouldn't get lost or broken," he said.

"Okay, maybe you should put these on, I don't want to break anything," Ana said nervously.

"Baby doll, I highly doubt that you will break them," he told her as he carefully set the box down and opened it. He pulled out an ornament, unwrapping it from the paper carefully, and held it up to look at it. It was classic, just like his mother. He walked over to the tree to hang it on a branch gently.

"I know but accidents happen!!" She said.

"And either you or I can have accidents so don't worry babe," he said softly.

"I'd just hate to lose something of your mother's. I know how much she meant to you," she said to him. He smiled coming over to her and kissing her softly," It'll be fine. We'll be careful with Mom's things," he said.

"Alright my love," she smiled and helped him add her ornaments onto the tree.

He kept the empty box in the closet under the stairs, so that they could repack it once Christmas was over. They got the tree fully decorated and it looked amazing. Once he had turned the tree lights on, he stood behind Anabella, putting his arms around her. She reached up putting her hand on his arm. " It looks amazing," she said to him.

"It does, you know after 12 years, this is our first Christmas tree in OUR house, it's been a long time overdue," he whispered.

She almost couldn't believe he was the one saying those words. A tear pricked the corner of her eyes," Thank you for finally giving the US a true Christmas together," she said softly," This means more than you'll ever know." He kissed the side of her neck softly," I think this will be a Christmas you'll love," he promised softly. Anabella's phone beeped. Jen: I want Jordan back. How do I make him see that we are right for each other?

Ana: I don't know sweetie, you've tried everything you can. I guess for now, just continue to enjoy the random sexy weekends with him.

Jen: but I need more than our random fucking weekends. I think I have to end those, I love him too fucking much to continue them.

Ana: Honestly it's up to you what you choose to do. If you want to send them, then I would talk to him about it at least.

Jen: I know, I promise, I will. How's your first Christmas in your new home?
