Happy Halloween

Rachel's POV:

"Rachel will you stop singing that, it's going to be stuck in my head all day long" Fran glared at me

"What! I can't help it if it's catchy Fran. Stop whining and help me will you, I promised Mam I'd have the house decorated by the time she got back from collecting Faith." I held onto Rosie's outstretched hand and climbed onto a chair to hang a skeleton from the curtain pole. The doorbell rang and Fran went to answer it, she pulled the living room door closed and I heard her talking to someone in the hallway.

I stepped down from the chair and set about decorating the curtains with fake cobwebs. By the time Mam's car pulled up outside the house was decorated from head to toe in Halloween decorations and we were all dressed in our Halloween costumes, Alicia came hurrying down the stairs holding Sienna who was dressed as a pumpkin- it was a family tradition that had started way back when Alicia and Chelsea were babies, the new baby in the family always went dressed as a pumpkin every Halloween. "Aw you're so cute Sienna" I tickled her chin and she giggled

I looked in the mirror and quickly adjusted my hair before hurrying into the living room where Fran, Rosie, Lindz, Beth, and Mia were waiting. We all had matching costumes, we were all dressed as one of the queens from SIX, I was Katherine Howard and I'd even persuaded Mam to let me dye the ends of my hair pink, Fran was Anne Boleyn complete with space buns and spike crown, Rosie was Anne Boleyn, Lindz was Catherine Aragon, Beth was Anne of Cleves and Mia was Jane Seymour. We heard keys being inserted into the door and I quickly turned down the lights, we all ran to our hiding places. I heard Alicia shushing Sadie and Skye who were giggling quietly.

The living room door opened and we all jumped up "HAPPY HALLOWEEN!" we shouted. Mam followed behind Faith and turned on the lights, "Wow girls you've really made the place look good, let's get this party started"

Faith's POV:

What Rachel didn't know was that we had arranged a surprise for her, the whole Mam going to fetch me from the train station was a ruse so that Dad and Ethan could arrange her surprise. I had managed to convince Rachel to do a duet with Fran on the karaoke machine and whilst she was singing ' Defying Gravity' from Wicked, my phone buzzed with a text message and I slipped out of the room unnoticed. I opened the Front door where Rachel's surprise was waiting "She doesn't suspect a thing, she's preoccupied with singing" I whispered

I couldn't find Rachel's ramps that she used to get in and out of the house so it was a good job that Mia's boyfriend Jake and Louis's brother Liam were there to help, I shone the torch on my phone down the garden path so they could have some light, Louis wheeled up to the front steps and Liam handed him a set of crutches and he slowly made his way up the steps, Jake and Liam hauled the wheelchair up the steps and I made quick work of folding it up. "Jake you coming in? Mia's in there, her costume is amazing. You're welcome to stay too Liam, we've got plenty of food"

I ushered them both in and a dark figure came hurrying up the path, I shone my torch on them "Christian!" I exclaimed "I didn't think you could make it"

"Change of plans, I managed to catch a lift with Emma, she's gone home to change but I changed before we left" He hurried up the path

We had already been to a massive Halloween party the night before that was organized by The Company and we'd won the best costume- we decided on a couples costume, we were Baby and Johnny from Dirty Dancing. I turned to Louis, "Me, Christian, and Jake will go in first and then after 5 minutes or so I want you to knock on this door and I'll make sure Rachel is the one to answer it, I want to see her reaction to you up on your feet"
