Your POV
Time has passed since the principal sentenced me to a one-week suspension after my violent act. Knowing how wrong this is after what that *bench* has done, but still...
"So, you got suspended after beating up that girl who was bullying your friend?"
"Yeah, I can't help it after she was trying to kill her," I answer my father's question.
"I figure as much. But still, you cannot use violence against anyone regardless of with or without evidence, including the reason to protect your friend and considering it to be self-defense in front of the public so recklessly. The rules as the police have stated are absolute. Now, since this is proof enough for punishment for your free will behavior, you will have to go on to deal with things that you should have done from the very beginning." He mentions his future goals since I was living as his mentor through the means of investigation. The criminal justice, law school, and the classes that undergo the category of investigation. "I can tell that this is going to happen similarly to the case you have been dealing with, so I expect you to work hard to be qualified over the university that I recommend as you should be practicing right now."
"Ah, so much for not being able to live freely over the career I wanted." I sigh while accepting the agreement with my father.
"As punishment for being suspended, you are grounded along with the suspension no matter when you were helping a girl who was named Cyila."
"Wait, what?" I questioned.
"She visited me before you came after being suspended, telling me that you were helping her through the fight at school. But that doesn't stop after what you've done violently."
"So where is that *girl* who..."
"She's expelled."
"What did you say?"
"As an investigator, I did some questioning to the students who must be witnesses of the bullying. I report the witness statements to the principal since her status with her family has gone downhill thanks to you. Because of that, I have managed to avenge Cyila after knowing that her life was hell since her mother passed away."
"Oh..." I felt thought that there is nothing else to do to save Cyila's mother. "..."
"I guess this is the perfect chance to prove yourself for the future since I have been going through putting every case in justice for the victims who fell by corruption. I hope you don't mess around for long."
"Right..." I know my dad was disappointed with how I got myself suspended but I should have come up with a perfect plan. I do owe him since he was helping me investigate through the walls that prevented us from discovering the criminal planning that the scumbag like that cheating daddy winning the election. I guess I have to live through my father's ideals now.
Timeskip...
A few days have passed...
I was resting while being homeschooled by my mother who must be the CEO of her company. I wanted to keep everything in my family life a secret so everyone doesn't get spoiled over me when I was in school. Mentioning over things, my dad was a chief investigator along with allying with the police with his friend who is a private detective.
To me, I am just a living student now being forced to become an investigator to protect my family's future along with the victims. The knock on the door has occurred, just having in my mind to think if there is a visitor or the information from my father. "Y/n, you now have a visitor who wishes to see you."
"Who is it?" I ask the informant.
"Cyila, as you should know."
"What?" I am speechless when she decided to visit my home to see me. Since when did she learn the address to my house? Without a doubt, I tend to let her in. Throughout the introduction, my eyes set towards her where she is walking through her casual appearance since she wants to be friendly to me by words.
