Chapter 14: (Info at the end)
Taking a nap inside the teacher lounge, I am awoken by Shino gently moving my shoulder. As I get up, a worksheet is stuck to my cheek, I take it off and wipe my face with a handkerchief. I fold the sheet I slept on and pocket it, then place the rest in my briefcase for class 3-A.
She asks me, “Are you alright? You’ve been out for abit now.”
“Sorry.” I stand up and fix my clothes, “Just been a lack of vitamins, forgot to take them this morning.””
She whispers, “That’s a real thing you have?”
“No, thank you for offering, but I just need to buy an organizer.” He lifts his briefcase and walks with her out the school.
As we reach the gate, my arm is taken by the short and beautiful Elise. She looks over to Shino and waves, Shino then takes my other arm and with a sigh of defeat, I lead them to the parking lot. Instead of opening the front door for one, I open the back door for both of them.
“Are you still tired?” Shino asks shyly.
“Nope.” I wrap around the car with her and open the other back door. “You two are acting jealous, so both of you will sit in the back.”
When she gets in, I close her door and wrap back around, closing Elise’ door. I then get in myself and drive us home. During our drive down the long road, one of my seals activates as the strong sense of holy energy appears from thin air. Ahead of us, a beam of light cuts through the ground down the middle of my car. As the car is being sliced in half, all my seals unlock and I watch as the now slow beam passes by me. The car flips over as it is fully split and I jump into the back, hugging Elise, I bring us into the other half and grab Shino as well. Holding them over my shoulders, I walk over the tumbling car and land on the ground in the road.
Time returns to normal for me and the car rolls away before exploding. I place them both down and summon my sword.
“WHAT!?” The attacker yells in frustration.
He points his sword at me and shoots an orb of light at me, but Elise creates a barrier around us. The orb bounces off the shield and hits what remains of my flaming car, incinerating the corpse of beauty.
“You son of a bitch!” I yelled in pure anger. “That car was a classic!”
The attacker moves fast enough to have an after image, he gets into a grapple with me and we fall to the ground. He yells to me, “It’s a car of greed!”
“It’s cheap you damned cocksucker!” Grabbing the fake priest by the collar and belt, I fling him over and throw a spear of fire.
The priest cuts the spear down the middle and grins manically. From behind, a spear of light strikes me just under the ribs over the hip, evaporating the flesh around there. Shino creates a dome barrier.
“Kokabiel!” Elise yells out.
“With an excalibur.” Summoning my sword, I face the exorcist. “Shino, create a portal home. We’ll be distracting these two.”
Sorry for the shortness, but can't really think too well. Fighting covid for the first time, fucking hate it. I'm not gonna post much for this week and maybe a bit longer.
