"There's something more than your secret identity," said Harry. "Many secrets that we hid in exchange for your protection..."

"Do you know my parents? Please tell me who my real parents are!" I blurted out.

"We do know your real parents but we don't know what happened to them," replied Robin.

"Huh...wh-what do you mean?!"

"When you were a baby, your parents were in danger."

"What why?" I asked.

"Our enemies were hunting down for you even straight after you were born because you were written in a prophecy, in which you'd end the century-long cruel enslaving of our enemies," explained Robin. "They don't want you to overthrow them so they longed to end your life. The battle went and you were left behind in the cradle, crying really loudly."

"What happened?!" I questioned out of curiosity and desperation. "Did my parents die?! Am I still gonna be able to meet them?!"

"We sadly don't know, Manny. We were just tasked by your mom to look after you while she and your real dad prepare to keep the enemies out and confront them..."

"They're here now, Harry!"

Robin points at somewhere. Harry and I looked. Both my 2 adoptive dads got shocked expressions in their faces and it made me confused. Suddenly, the 2 of them puts me through the door leading downstairs.

Don't make a noise! said Harry in my head.

Why?

Our enemies have arrived! They found the world where we were hiding you in! Also please change back to your human form now so they wouldn't recognize you.

But I dunno how to transform back!

Just touch the top of your forehead again! Hurry up before the enemies see you!

I couldn't get what enemies were they talking about but I did what they told me anyway and I turned back to my normal form. I peeked through the gap of the door and saw a flock of huge winged tigers. All of them were ridden by some medieval-looking hooded people. They went straight to where my 2 foster dads are and landed.

The winged tigers sniffed around the rooftop. As they were getting nearer my hiding place, Robin bangs a metal water tank in an attempt to distract them. One of the hooded people fires some black smoke at him, which he immediately dodges, hitting the water tank instead. Gallons of water bursted out and flowed everywhere.

Run, Doi! warned Harry's voice. Run before they find you!

I did as he commanded and dashed downstairs. A sound of the door being forced open rang through the stairway. The winged tigers and their riders have made their way in! I ran faster and fell off the stairs but the only thing I cared was escape those crazy monsters.

"Be careful, kiddo!" shouted a woman as she saw me tumble down the stairs at the first floor.

"No I'm alright thank you," I replied.

I checked myself for any wounds or bruises from falling over from the stairs but surprisingly I only have small bruises on my one arm and my knee. Looking up to the stairs, I saw the winged tigers coming nearer. I ran out of the building in panic.

Those damn creatures chased me everywhere through the busy streets. Everyone, especially the police, were astonished to see out-of-world tigers being ridden by some unknown people chasing a poor little boy! Getting more exhausted, I desperately tried to look for some place to rest and hide.
