Strange atmosphere met my skin. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. Even after my vision became clear, I still couldn't tell where am I. I'm not inside the underground chamber but I'm not inside the house either. Am I kidnapped or something? Looking around, I saw a glass window. I went nearer and saw my adoptive dads tied up in 2 chairs. The clock man was trying to torture them.

"HEY NO STOP!" I yelled while banging on the window, cracks slowly forming. "LEAVE THEM ALONE!"

"Try me," replied the clock man.

The cracks I've created vanished. I gasped and looked around for any doors to go through and so found one right on the next wall. The door was a mix of casual design and of a high-tech. Despite its impressive design, I knocked it off and went out of that room. Instead of being at where Robin and Harry were being tortured, I ended up in another strange room.

My real dad was sitting on a chair, a computer in front of him and some kind of pot or whatever that thing was is on his head. I curiously peeked at the computer and saw a woman in bikini. What the hell are they making my father watch?! In one of the floating windows, I saw something that instantly caught my attention. One of the folders say "an ultimate plan". Before I could open it, the same clock that tortured my not real dads appeared on the screen.

"AGH-"

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" asked the clock. "Roy, he interrupted the thing you're watching. Go punish him."

Roy, my real dad, grabs my arm according to what the clock says. We fought on going different directions and it was difficult since he's a lot stronger than me and I only inherited my physical strength from him. All of a sudden, a stupid but desperate idea pops in my head.

"Hey look! The slaves are escaping!" I lied while pointing at a random door.

This pretty overused technic worked on Roy as he actually looked at where I pointed. While he's distracted, I took the opportunity to run away and went through another door. Unfortunately, the door got destroyed because of me. Paranoid, I grabbed a random boulder and used it to cover the broken door and continued to run away, not noticing the rain starting to pour down.

I looked around and found myself in a normal but bizarre field. The rain became heavy and I got soaked. Everywhere I go, all the plants, grass or flower, withered. There weren't any signs of other buildings to be found.

If only there could some kind of like a ladder to use to get out of this wacky place I thought to myself as I started to shiver out of cold.

In front of me, a ladder spawned out of nowhere. I excitedly climbed up the ladder. But due to the pouring rain, I dreaded that there could be some kind of slimy animal that would get me to slip off the ladder. And so I was gonna reach the top of the ladder when...

"CROAK!"

I screamed as I fell off the ladder backwards. I've accidentally stepped on a frog resting on the ladder! My back landed right on the wet ground. The muddy grass reminded me of when I once dealt with our neighbor's cat that peed in the backyard of my old childhood house and how Harry shooed the cat away. I've thought what if the same cat comes over here and attacks me while I'm recovering?!

Before I could stand up, a stray cat does shows up and jumps on me. Its sharp claws pierced my skin. The cat walks towards my head, hissing. A normal cat wouldn't attempt to kill a human unless provoked! All of a sudden, I hear barks of a dog and shouts. The cat runs away as the dog arrives. It chased the feline towards nothingness. I turned and saw a man holding a baseball bat, who was watching the dog pursue after the cat. Behind him is a huge familiar-looking green duck.
