Aisyah's POV
[ 21 July 2022, Thursday ]

A regular day starting with my day routine. Getting up from sleep and getting ready to perform my prayers to the one.

As I'm done with myself, i mean with stuffs like prepare for my school uniform, cleaning my room up and whatever. i went out of my room just to see nobody's home. I'm an only child from a happily married couple. I'm grateful but kinda feel alone when they're not home. Probably working to make me live a happy life while they're struggling .

I sit on the couch, reaching out my hand for the remote control but then ..

" knock knock."

" who's coming at this hour ?" I thought.

" Aisyah ! Its Airis !" Yelled the girl behind the door.

" oh Airis ! gimme a sec." Yelled me back.

" why is she coming? Ah ! We decided to do work together !" Remembered me.

I stand up from the couch and went straight to the door and open the door for her.

" come in ." I said.

We live next to each other. We used to be very close when we were kids but we're no longer anymore. She got friends who's better so she started to forget about me. Even though i know she's using me when she has no one but thats fine as long as im not alone and i have no one.

We sit on the dining table as she put all her stuff on the table.

" did you cry ? " i asked as i can see some bags under her eyes.

" aisyah ..." she said and suddenly come closer to me, hugging me and place her chin on my shoulder. I was shocked with her action. Is she okay ?

" what happened ?" I asked in concern.

" remember Jackson ?" She asked trough her tears.

" your crush ?" I asked getting confirmation that im not mistaken.

" exactly."

" so whats about him ?" I asked still confuse what's happening.

" she has a girlfriend .." she said as her tears become like waterfall and sobbing as loud as she can.

" relate-able."

I pat her back, trying to cool her down.

After they done with their work, Airis went back to her house so that she could get herself ready before going to school. Aisyah successfully cool her down. But she has done something that she regret for doing it.

// flashback

" Airis.. its okay." Aisyah said, patting Airis's back.

"It's not easy to move on over someone." Airis replied.

"Try to find someone else, Airis." Aisyah said.

"Do you know anyone ? That suit my taste ?" Airis asked making eye contact with Aisyah.

"Maybe.. I'll show you at school later." Aisyah said faking her smile realising that she has done a big mistake.

" Ah Aisyah.. What have you done .." Aisyah mumble to herself.
