A few moments after Madelyn passed out on the stairs, we flipped her over since she face planted, and looked at her head, it was gushing blood. Sarah ran in the hospital.
"Help please! My friend face planted on the stairs, and she is bleeding from her head really bad!!!" She yelled.
A few seconds later there were nurses picking Madelyn up from the stairs, and then carried her to a hospital room. We ran after them and one nurse says.
"Girls I know you want to see what is wrong with your friend, but you will have to wait until we find out whats wrong first."
I guess that made since, since she literally just got here and the doctors knew nothing yet.
"OK." Was all I could mutter since I was worried about her.
Sarah and I waited on the doctors to tell us what was wrong for about 4 hrs until finally the nurse that talked to us earlier came back.
"Girls I am very sorry to tell you this, but your friend has a concussion, a pretty bad one at that." She said.
"Oh." Was all we could say at the time.
"What about our other friend Kassidy Brooks, she came in an ambulance, she got hit by a car." Sarah asked.
"Oh nobody told you, well I'm sorry but she passed away 30 minutes ago, she had three broken ribs, and she was in a coma, she feel out of that coma and the heart monitor showed us a blank line." Said the nurse.
" What how come nobody told us!!" I was coming unglued. "How come you didnt notice us worried to death about her!!!" I went off on her until Sarah patted my shoulder, and my blue eyes just started watering uncontrollably.
"I'm sorry girls, I thought someone would have told you, but I guess not." The nurse said walking off.
Rude nurses.
After that incident we decided to text Trinity and tell her what happened to Madelyn and Kassidy.
Trinity and Abbies texts,
Abbie: Hey, so Madelyn is in the hospital with a concussion, and I'll tell you what happened with Kassidy when you get here. Do you know the way to the hospital?
Trinity: Omg, i will be there as fast as I can, and yes I do.
Abbie: alright see you soon.
Back to the story.
"What do you think Trinity will do?" I asked Sarah.
"I don't know, hopefully nothing illegal." She said
I nodded in response.
I knew Trinity, she would do something terrible if something bad happened to Madelyn, and it did. Sarah and me were just hoping for the best.
