***Eli's POV***

"Austin... I.. Ad..Uh..Just.." I couldn't bring myself to say the word no matter how much I wanted to..

"Eli.. If you don't want to.." He started but I cut him off.

"Gimme a little while. To think it over. I want to but there's are so many things I don't know yet. Who.will pay for the wedding? Who will pay for my dress? I don't even know what I want my dress to look like. Should it be poofy?" My mind went blank as the last question popped in my head. "Who will walk me down the aisle..."

I felt a lump form.in my throat that I had to swallow. Its Christmas and I'm not going to.think about it. Dad wouldn't want me to cry.

"Eli, the label offered to pay for the whole thing. We only have to pay for your dress and no matter how much, this is OUR wedding. I know a girl dreams about this her whole life and I plan on making your dreams come true. So whatever you decide, Ill be here. " He kissed me on the cheek and turned off the camera. He got up out of his chair and got ready for bed. I took the box that had the most beautiful ring inside. I was observing it while Austin changed.

We had to stay in my room at my moms house because the dorms are closed. So there's only one bed. But I'm okay with it.

"It was my grandmothers." Austin said.

"What?"

"The ring. It was my grandmothers. She died but left the ring to me. My mom would never give up hers and she wanted me to have something special for that special girl. She told me when I knew the time was right to give it to someone I knew would make me happy for the rest of my life." He crossed over to me and took my hands in his. He stared me straight in the eye, "So I did." He kissed my hand and picked me up from my chair bridal style. He laid me down on the bed and laid down beside me.

I was drifting off to sleep but I had to ask. "Austin." His hands wrapped around me made me feel secure though I was in my own home.

"Yeah babe?"

"What's your wedding dream?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well, you said its always a girls dream to have a wedding that's perfect. When you think of your wedding what do you dream of seeing?"

"Well that's a tough question. But really when I was younger I thought my career wouldn't allow me to become married. But now thinking about it, my wedding would be perfect if YOU and ONLY YOU were walking down that aisle. If I saw you, looking like the most angelic figure on this Earth in that bridal gown that we can pass on to our daughter some day, to hold your hand and slip on that ring that establishes our long lasting love, I'm okay. I don't even need a fancy wedding. It could be in an alley in pajamas. But if it were with you? I wouldnt change that moment for the world."

I turned around to see his face better. His eyes were sparkling though there was no light reflecting and I could tell he wasn't just making up a story. He meant every word he said and he made sure they got to my heart.

"You really know how to win a girls heart don't ya lover boy?" I winked at him.

"Well. I try." He winked back. I leaned my head on his chest and felt his soft lips kiss my forehead.. "Merry Christmas baby girl."

"Merry Christmas Babe." I intertwined our fingers and never let go. I fell asleep to the soft rhythym of his heartbeat. Smooth and even and how it somehow beat at the same rhythym as mine. I thought of all the possible reasons why I should say no to this boy who's only iintentions were to marry me. But none came.

But when I thought of every reason to marry him, there were too many to count. Great cook. Doesn't mind when "Shark Week" comes. Sings me to sleep. My safe haven. Cutie pie. Holds me when I have nightmares. He's mine. And I don't need to fight for him.

I'm gonna say yes. But at the right moment.

I woke up the next morning to Lucy jumping on me and yelling for me to wake up and open presents. Me and Austin were still holding hands and I didn't want to wake up so Lucy made him carry me.

I was sleeping in his arms and finally woke up when he set me down on the couch.

"No.." I mumbled and held out my arms for him to pick me back up

"What?"

"I'm gonna lay on you! your comfy!"

"Your such a baby!"

"You. Are. Comfortable."

"My six pack is not comfortable."

"Well if you had one it wouldn't be."

"I do too."

"No. You have man boobs. Your pudgy."

"I am not pudgy."

"Babe... Your pudgy"

"Your a rude morning person. Ya know that?" He sat down and put me on his lap. I can't wait to see the look on his face when I say yes.

"Lucy, hand Austin his present. LAST" Lucy wanted to play Santa so she could hand out presents.

"Fine. Hand Eli hers last " Austin said.

"Okay.." Lucy said awkwardly.

We opened all of our gifts and Austin was happy. But not until he saw the three presents I got him.

A cheetah jacket.

The limited edition shoes he's wanted that costed a fortune.

And a new guitar.

"Eli.. how much did this cost you.."

"Enough. I wantedd you to love them."

"Well I do. Thank you." He kissed my cheek and handed me my gifts.

"Austin these are perfect." It was a shirt that said "Mrs.Mahone." And the picture we took with our rings the other day. It matched the one that he made himself that said "Mr.Mahone."

There was also a diamond pendant heart necklace.

"Austin.."

"Yes?"

"I will."

"You will what?"

"I will marry you."
